Chapter 2
I had fallen for her and I daren't even notice at all but, how could this had appended in such little time. Yes her blood was mouth watering and every time I had a taste of it I enjoyed every last bit of it but, to fall in love with her was just out of the question. She was a beautiful angel that daren't deserve this kind of life and, I was a good for nothing blood sucking, spineless vampire murderer that current give her nothing but bad moments and memories.
"Are you okay sir?" Elaine said with a sweet voice.
"I'm fine." I walked out of the room wanting to get some space between us.
I had to do something to make this feeling go away. Guess I'm not going to sleep in my room for a while not until this feeling was gone completely. I ended up in a guest room on the 4th floor. This was good the room had no smell of her and that's what I needed. Even though I needed this I felt lonely and started wondering what Elaine was doing. I hoped that she was fine all alone. After that thought a million thoughts came to me about how could Elaine get hurt or injured. She was so clumsy and fragile.
Days passed and I began to get irritated. Not from the lost of blood from the lost of her. Hearing her beautiful angelic voice and watching her clumsiness. I started to think of things to distract me from thinking of her and it worked for 2 days. Then I absolutely lost it. I went to my room to see her. When I got there I saw her on the ground. I ran up to her picking her up in my arms and caring her to the bed. I laid her down and started checking for what was wrong with her. Everything was okay. She was breathing. Her heart was beating beautifully and she had not wounds of any kind.
"Elaine can you hear me? Are you okay?" I said hoping she could hear me.
"Mmmm." Was all that she said.
"What happened?"
"I don't remember. I think I hit myself with something and passed out." She said this with a smile and a giggle. I felt so relived and guilt for leaving her alone for my own selfish need. I hugged her with passion and held on to her.
Elaine p.o.v
Azrael hugged me tight in an enveloping hug. I felt so safe so loving that I had to hug him back. We seemed to forget everything around us even the time. Azrael pushed me down gently on the bed and pulled the sheet cover up to my shoulders. He then walked in inhuman speed to the other side of the room. I wondered what was going on with him. He's been gone for quite a while. I wanted so bad to ask him but I got the feeling that he daren't want to talk about it.
Azrael p.o.v
I daren't want to let her go but I knew that I had to. I pushed her down gently and tucked her in. I must have surprised her. I mean I've been gone for the past week and daren't give her any notice at all. I come back hug her and then walk in my vampire speed to the other side of the room. But I knew that I had to do it. If I held on to her for any longer I will not let her go until I was completely satisfied and it will take a long time before I was completely satisfied.
"Sleep." I said sitting down on a chair. She nodded her head and slept.
I went back to the guest room after she fell asleep. The bed wasn't as comfortable as my bed but it worked. Suddenly I heard somebody come in I opened my eyes and there she was. The only person that I kind of trusted; my sister. She was smiling at me like a little doll.
"So it is true. You are sleeping here." she said with a giggle.
"What's up?" I said with my eyes close.
"You love her." Once I hear this I opened my eyes in shock. I knew that she would find out sooner or later but I had to lie.
"HA your wrong." I said with a convincing voice. Of course she daren't believe one bit.
