3. Pain..

Chloe's POV

"T-thanks.." I say, and I blush. "I'm sorry, Chloe. Was that a little forward?" He says, and I'm still on his lap. His hands around my neck. "Oh no, not at all! I wasn't expecting it, but its fine." I say with a smile. He smiles as well. "Wanna go for a walk?" He asks. "Sure! Where?" I say getting off him and putting on my shoes. "Maybe down the sidewalk, or in the woods next to my house?" he puts on his Vans shoes. "Okay, let's go!" I say happily.

*time skip to walking in the woods*

We're walking in a little path, and we took Ellie, Darcie and Peggy with us. All the sudden I trip over a stick on the ground and crash to the ground with dead leaves everywhere on the path. "Ow.." I say, trying not to cry as I lift up my pant leg and see a cut on my knee, badly bleeding. "Oh crap, are you okay?" Dan asks with a very concerned look on his face. "Y-yeah, I think so..Ah, ow..fu.." I bite my lip to keep me from cussing. Then some tears fall down my face, and more, and more, and pretty soon I let out a bawl of pain. "Let's go back to the house." he says, putting out his hand. I grab it, and Dan puts his arm around my waist and I put mine around his neck. I limp with him, and thankfully we weren't that far from his house.

        *16 minutes later*

We arrive at his house, we let the pugs in, and Dan carefully puts me on the couch. "I'll be right back, don't move." "O-okay.." He runs off down the hall. He comes back a few moments later with a packet of plasters. (bandaids if you're American) Dan kneels down, and wipes off my cut with some water gently. Then places the plaster on the wound. It felt already almost better. "There. Try to be more gentle with it until it heals and feels better." Dan says with smile, and sits down next to me. "Thanks, Dr. Dan!" I say laughing, and Dan laughs too. "No problem." "I should be going now.. Its 8." I say. "Okay, have a good night." "K, bye!" I say going out the door. Today's been a good/bad day.
