****Grace's POV****

After our little chat we decided that it would be best for us if he came back with me. I needed to work and his agent was able to relocate his public appearances to the local clubs. I went straight back into work after that and spent most of the day in my office. We hadn't officially gone on our first date yet because of how busy we'd both been but over the last week we had gone from strength to strength.

I was wearing a floral skirt and a pink shirt which allowed me to go straight out to dinner tonight. Dom was planning on taking me out tonight and meeting me at the local restaurant.

The day had been stressful and just as I as packing up there was a knock on my door.

"Come in." I shouted through the closed door.

"Hello gorgeous." I heard Dom say from behind me and then felt his arms wrap around my waist. "Don't you look stunning today."

"Thank you. What are you doing here?"

"I thought I would take you out tonight. We haven't been on a real date since we started again and seen as how we're already going down to London tomorrow I may as well treat you tonight."

"You Mr Lever are definitely the sweetest man since we turned that corner. So what are we going to do?"

"We're stopping off at Manchester on the train tonight and going to one of my favourite restaurants. Then I have a little surprise for you."

"Does it include food?"

"Maybe."

We made our way down to Manchester on the train and checked into the hotel which Dom had chosen for us. I stayed in the outfit I had before and we made our way into the Chinese restaurant he had also chosen.

"This place is so good." I almost moaned as I took a bite to eat. "How many times have you been here?"

"I don't know. I come most times I'm in the area and my family love it in here." He told me. "Now I've took my other favourite girl here."

"Thank you for taking me. So are you ready to see everyone tomorrow?"

"Yeah. Jess is going to be there and we'll have to speak to them but hopefully it all goes well. This will be our first big outing since the split"

"I'm going to try and speak to Chris and Olivia as well. I doubt she'll have a good choice of words for me though."

"Don't listen to what she has to say. You've come past it all and I don't want her to drag you back in it."

"Anyway." I said an grabbed his hand across the table. "I'm liking things between us at the moment."

"I like things as well. I just hope we both keep trying and things keep progressing."

"So do I. I actually have a family wedding next week and I was hoping you would come."

"I'd love to come. Hopefully it will also give me a chance to speak to your dad and I know I'm probably not in his good books at the moment."

"I know he's probably going to be really protective but then he'll be fine."

I waited for him to finish the meal and we had a little cuddle in the booth that we was sharing.
