                                               Chapter 3

Anastasia'S POV:

I woke up to someone kissing me up and down my neck, without opening my eyes I knew it was Xavier, "good morning little one" he hummed into my ear, I smiled at him " we have so much to do today and tonight you will officially be my luna" he said and continued kissing me on my neck, I was very nervous about tonight and I already missed my parents, but woman weren't allowed to go anywhere without their mates content and I don't think Xavier will be very happy with me going somewhere. I sighed contently and closed my eyes as Xavier continued to work on my neck. Soon after maids brought in breakfast and Xavier fed me but after all he was the king and had so many responsibilities, he had to leave for couple of hours. After kissing me on my forehead and wishing me good day he went away, soon after maids came in the chambers and brought my dress for ceremony, as soon as I saw it I knew that it was real, it made my anxiety skyrocket and suddenly I was not feeling blissful anymore, I turned around and went inside the bathroom locking door, weight of realization settled on my nerves and suddenly I wanted to be left alone, maids were knocking on the bathroom doors, but I didn't answer them, in couple of seconds room silenced and then I heard his voice "open up baby girl" I stood on my feet and opened the door as soon as Xavier saw my tear stained face he took me in his arms and tried to calm me down, "everything is going to be alright baby girl, you are my queen my life my mate, anything that your heart desires I will make It possible," Jason murmured in my ear determined to calm me down, after couple of minutes I calmed down and parted from Xavier, he looked me in my eyes as if looking for confirmation in my eyes that I was alright, than he led me out of the bathroom "I am sorry my love but I have to go please be brave for me, this ceremony means very much to me and my people," I silently nodded my head and Xavier left. Evening came soon I was sitting in my room waiting to be called out, soon there was knock on my door and there he stood, with all his glory, he looked me in the eyes and smiled, I walked towards him and looked up to him, "you look beautiful little one" he took my hand and lad me towards the ball room, my nerves were very frantic and I wanted to run to the last minute, as we neared huge wooden doors it opened and Xavier pulled me into the room, as he stepped in everyone quieted and they diverted their attention on us, Xavier raised my hand and with his masculine voice said, "welcome your queen your luna and mother of all, she is my mate my equal you show her as much respect as you show me, today your king has found his soul mate and from now on our kingdom has queen," as Xavier finished his speech everyone bowed down to us. After his little speech we walked down the stairs and started to greet our guests, Xavier introduced me to everyone important or high ranking, alphas lunas betas and so on, I have never seen anyone look at someone with so much admiration as they were looking at Xavier. I met luna Sabrina and her mate alpha Noah, Sabrina was a lovely woman, she treated me with respect and befriended me, we had a great time, as we were talking Xavier came from behind me " come on I have surprise for you" he whispered in my ear, I turned around and followed him, my face brightened as I saw his surprise, I ran and jumped in my father's arms missing his warmth than I kissed my mother's cheeks. I spent entire evening chatting with my parents and greeting guests, after couple of hours everyone left, my mother and father hugged me and I promised to call every day and Xavier promised we would visit them soon. As soon as we were alone I knew what time it was, Xavier picked me up in his arms bridal style and walked towards our bedroom he walked inside and set me on my foot, I was so nervous my heart was beating in my ears Xavier turned me around and started to unzip my dress, as he pulled down zipped I shivered, he started kissing me in my shoulder blades, I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck, he laid me back and kissed my neck "are you ready?" he asked me with his husky voice filled with want, I could only nod my head, his eyes changed color and his beast came out, "beautiful" he growled and lunged his canines in my neck, at first I felt so much pain but soon it was replaced with immense pleasure, as he lifted his canines out of my skin Xavier started to kiss around my mark it sent jolts of pleasure through my body, "you are such a good girl, you did so well baby girl" he whispered in my ears, I looked into his eyes and felt his emotions run through me, it was such an unusual feeling, I felt so much adoration and love towards me from him that I didn't believe existed, I was his angel, his little one and I was happy with that, because for once in my life I knew where I belonged.

Xavier's POV:

Moon was shining through windows and it was illuminating me beautiful mates face, after hundreds of years my beast was finally at peace, I didn't think it was possible he was always on edge fighting for control over me but with our mate in our arms he was calm. He adored our little mate, beast that has killed hundreds in wars and was cruel was nothing on our mates hands, he was always bugging me wanting to meet our mate but I know she was not ready for it, she is our everything without her we would be lost, we would bring chaos on this earth if something ever happened to her, at that sought my beast growled, we will always protect her no one will take her from us he chanted in my head and I couldn't agree more our queen would rule among side us as our equal and nothing and no one will take her from us.
