Prologue

Your point of view:

"You're kidding right?"

"C'mon Jungkook, it's just for a couple of month. You won't even notice she's here, I swear!"

"What do you think this is? A shelter?"

I watch as my best friend is trying to convince our boss, the man I'm secretly in love with, to agree to let me live in his place.

This is just surreal! How did I get myself into this situation?

Flashback 3 months ago:

I get out of the second bus, still holding the small piece of paper in my hand, with the address written on it, hoping I'll be there on time.

"Eun Ji!" A familiar voice calls my name.

I turn to meet my friend: "Jimin!"

He walks to me, smiling: "Did you have trouble finding it?"

"No. Apparently everyone knows the company."

"Yeah I'm not surprise."

"Let's go! You don't want to be late on your first day now, do you?" he says while winking at me and taking my hand to lead me to the building.

I stop him in his track: "What do you mean my first day? I thought I was here for an interview."

"Well not exactly..." he says while running his hands through his hair."I told you the ceo was a friend of mine, so I may or may not have put on a good word for you."

"JIMIN!! Is this for real?!"

He looks at me half embarrassed half scared of my reaction. "Well...Yes... I though y..."

I jump in his arms not letting him finish his words.

"Oh my gosh Jimin! You're the best! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You know how much I needed this!"

He laughs while removing my arms from his neck. "So as I was saying if you don't want to be late we should go"

I follow him and stop before the entrance, raising my head to see the name of the firm written in huge letters at the top of the building.

So, this is where I'll be working.

I follow my friend to one of the elevator and watch him as he presses the 52nd  button.

"I just need to let him know that you're here and after that we can sign your contract and I'll show you where you will be working."

He must have sense that I was a bit anxious because he adds: "Don't worry, you'll be great!"

The doors open and we enter into a large and luxurious lobby with big sofas and leather chairs. The reception desk is just as luxurious.

"Good morning Mr Park" The receptionist just smiled at him with all her teeth, ignoring me.

"Good morning" he replies.

I follow him still looking around me, being amazed at what I see.

"Is this a firm or a hotel?" I say laughing while we arrive in front of a desk.

The assistant greets Jimin and looks down on me as to say What does this girl wants? Or maybe it's just because I'm with him. I know very well how women are attracted to him.
