Your point of view:

When I woke up on Sunday, Jimin was already gone. He texted me saying he had to leave earlier to go to the office before heading to the airport. I wish I could have said goodbye but it's just for a week. I'll see him soon enough.

I have to admit, I'm a bit anxious about staying here alone with Jungkook.

I'm enjoying my day off; singing while attempting to make a dish I saw on a cooking blog. I'm changing the music now and then on my laptop and looking carefully at every step of the recipe.

I'm focused on my reading when I see my housemate coming downstairs and grabbing his coat.

I look at him and ask without thinking, "Where are you going?"

I instantly put my hands in front of my mouth.

I'm so used to ask this to Jimin that it was more a reflex than an actual question.

He turns to me with an interrogated face, "Excuse me? Why do you want to know?"

I'm turning red, "No reason... sorry... I thought it was Jimin."

He frowns at me, "Jimin? Jimin is not here. Didn't he tell you he was leaving? I'm sure he informed you."

I blink my eyes several times, not knowing what to answer.

He puts his coat on and looks at me one last time, "And stop putting the music so loud I can't hear myself think!"

I'm just staring at his back while he leaves the penthouse.

*Pff... At least I know how to have fun.*

Monday and Tuesday went by fast and on Wednesday I was entrusted with a new project with a colleague. We need to review the customer ratings on one of the leisure hotel own by the Jeon Corporation and see what could be done to improve it; find new ideas.

I'm sitting on the leather couch of the rooftop, in front of the fireplace, my laptop on my knees, working on it when I hear the door from the living place opening.

I see Jungkook stepping into the terrace, a glass in his hand.

I haven't seen him since last Sunday when he left. He's so discreet I don't even know if he came back until now.

I immediately feel uncomfortable, asking myself if I should leave or not.

He stands in front of the balustrade, overlooking the city, for a moment.

I discreetly look at him as he comes and sits at the other end of the sofa, facing the fireplace.

He makes his glass swirl gently before taking a sip of his scotch and closing his eyes, his face looking up. He then takes a deep breath.

I can't take my eyes away from him, afraid I'll miss on something.

This is not going to help me work.

"Are you going to stare at me all night?"

My heart accelerates.

*How does he know?*

I'm still looking at his relaxed face, "What? No, I wasn't staring at you, I'm working."

He smirks and opens his eyes.

I turn back to my screen, "I... I'll go."

He's now facing me, "Why?"

I'm taken aback by his question, "Excuse me?"
