It was prom night at BigHigh and Jimin could not be more excited, the boy had been asked by his boyfriend of 1 year and 3 months, Jungkook, just a few weeks prior. Jungkook decided to ask during lunch by creating the biggest musical number anyone had ever seen, and Jimin, although embarassed, could not have asked for better.
Tonight the boy felt more beautiful than ever, not that he would admit it, he looked like an absolute prince. He was wearing a patterned, black and grey suit jacket, a black satin button up with lace at the collar and a deep blue tie, he decided to keep the bottom simple and wear just black pants and black dress shoes, his blond hair was perfectly pulled back revealing his gorgeous eyes. He eyed himself a few times in the mirror and wondered if the boy in the reflection was really him. After a few moments of self evaluation he heard his mothers voice calling from the 1st floor of their house
"Jimin! Jungkook's here!!", his heart skipped a beat at the sound of his boyfriends name, would he like what he's wearing? 'I wonder what Kookie's wearing' he thought to himself 'He looks amazing in everything', "1 Second!!", he yelled back before grabbing his cologne and putting on a bit, not to much, just enough.
He opened his bedroom door, eyes searching for the person he was most looking forward to seeing that day, and when he found him he could not believe the vision in front of him, the boy he loved the most on this earth looked straight out of a royal family and Jimin could not contain his excitement has he came down the stairs, almost tripping over himself, not enough for everyone to notice, he hugged his boyfriend tightly and kissed him
"You look.. you.. I can't even find words to describe it." Jimin said to Jungkook while looking him up and down. "Have you looked at yourself? Babe you look amazing. My beautiful prince." Jungkook kissed him and Jimin blushed a delicate rosy shade.
"OK! PICTURE TIME!" Jimins mum practically yelled making the boys break eye contact and smile for the photo.
Jungkook had rented a limousine, not only for the two but also their friends, inside was Namjoon and Jin, Yoongi and Hoseok, Taehyung, who was in the prom committee, had been assigned as the DJ for the night. Jimin got in and was greeted by his friends who immediately began to tell him how elegant he looked, "Damn Kookie, you're a lucky man" Yoongi commented and was instantly nudged by his prom date "Baby don't be like that, you know I love you." said Yoongi to Hoseok whilest making a kissy face, which, somehow, worked. The limo was filled with joy as they arrived at the prom location, the school had rented a hotels dinning room, decorating it in a way so it looked like the inside of a Disney™ movie, as the theme was royal ball.
