The inside of the castle was AMAZING! The walls were marble and polished so that I could clearly see my reflection. The floor was solid gold with red coral.
I was swimming on my own, Trout at my side. He took me to a room.
"In here, Sunset," he said.
He swam through a door, holding it open for me. This was the most disgusting room of the whole palace.
The floor was algae on rock. There was old food on the ground. The walls were old marble covered almost completely in algae. A small betta sat atop a rock in a dark corner.
"Excuse me, are you the Oracle?" I asked.
"Yes, Sunset. Please come here so you can see Sadie," she said. She sounded like an angel.
I followed her over to an old rock fashioned to look like a television. The Oracle chanted some words and the rock swirled.
It showed the tank I lived in. I saw Jemmy. Boy, did I miss Jemmy! How many days had gone by there, four? Five, maybe?
She was next to a big net bin. I couldn't tell what it was at first, but then I saw a small moving object, then another. There were two babies in that net!
"I'm a dad!" I shouted. The screen went blank.
"That's exactly what I needed to see. Thank you, Sunset," said Trout.
"Wh-what's going on?" I asked.
"I wanted to see Jemmy's babies to get to her and take care of them," he said.
"You want to eat my children?" I screamed.
"No. I want to eat your children," he said.
"That's what I just said," I said.
He sighed. "Oh, Sunset. You shouldn't have fallen for Jemima. She's no good. Those little babies will be tasty, especially since they're the offspring of a Celestial Saver's pet."
He disappeared before I could do anything.
