Life sucks.

Chapter 6.

** Mack's POV **

I woke up on the sofa. last night was fun with my dad.

after the kiss with hayes i'm feeling confused, like really confused.

"Hey princess. " my dad said while kissing me on my forehead.

"Hey dad!"

yesterday was the first time i saw my dad in 2 years..i've missed him so much. it's indescribable.he stays for like 2 weeks and then he will be gone, for i don't know how long.

it hurts but it is reality..

Jenna her father a soldier to, i know what she is going trough, it's hard!

OMG i  forgot to tell jenna everything! i hope she is not mad.

i quikly run upstairs to my room and grab my phone to call jenna.

after 15 minutes of talking i decided to got to the park. maybe there are people i can play volleyball with. YES i play alot of sports. even soccer. and you know what? ILOVEIT.

i grab my penny board, and run outside.

after a few minutes, i arrived at the park. there was no one. srsly no one.

i runned over to the swings.i started listening to 'Paradise' from jack&jack. it is one of my faves though. after 'paradise, flights & distance' came the song 'fall.' in the acoustic version from justin bieber on.

this song reminds me of Britney.

Britney was mine and Jenna's best friend, 1 year ago. she cutted herself, she feld lonely. she always told me and jenna about it, we helped her we cried with her cause we felt so bad for her. she didn't deserved it at all.

*Flashback*

- one year ago -

i just uploaded my new youtube video. it was fun filming! cause i did it with my 2 bestfriends: Jenna & Britney.

i miss hayes so much. he is on a trip to europe. he comes back in 3 weeks, so i have to go with Brit & Jen. it doesn't bother me at all to be with them. but we are like everyday together..

my thoughts were interupt by my ringtone.

it's Britney.

i picked the phone up.

"Hey B."

she was silent.

"Brit? what's wrong?"

"I..i can't do this anymore Mack.., sorry!"

"BRITNEY WHERE ARE YOU?!"

"it doesnt matter anymore.. sorry"

"BRITNEY IT DOES MATTER WHERE ARE YOU!?"

"in my room"

"BRITNEY ILL COME SOON AS POSSIBLE, PLEASE DON'T DO ANYTHING!"

"when you will be here. it is already too late."

i runned down the stairs as fast as possible. i arrived at her house 3 minutes later.

the front door was open. so i runned inside and screamed her name. first i runned into the bathroom. she wasn't there. i runned really fast to her room.

this broke me..

there she dangled over.. with that rope around her throat. I ran as fast as possible to her body. I grabbed her desk chair and put it under her. I'm going to stand on the chair and grab her and pulled her away. 

I lay her down on the ground, while she is in my arms. I grab my phone out of my pocket and quickly call 911.  then jenna, and then her parents. i can hear her breathing. yes she is not gone. I saved her. I heard the sirens and everything.

- in the hospital -

we were in the waiting room, crying. and with 'we' i mean Jenna and i.

Britney's parents don't give a shit.

I don't wanna hear anything except Britney's voice. her laugh and her jokes who were not even funny but now i regret not laughing, what actually always made us all laugh.

i laughed at my thoughts, untill i saw the doctor.

"girls, where are the parents of Britney Jacksons?"

"we don't know, they don't give a fuck about her."

"Well girls." he paused for 4 seconds.

"SAY IT!"

"well.. uh"

"time of death was 3:55."

we started crying. really hard. she was 2 years older than me, but we didn't care.

the doctor cleared his throat. "Mackenzie Knowles?"

"yes?"

"i just wanted to say that.. if you were not there to save her, she could not say these last words: Tell Mack to thank her, i am glad i called her, cause she wanted to save me. Jen and mack, you guys were the best friends someone can wish for, and you guys can not cry over me. you guys did that enough. iloveyou." after the doctor said it all. i was silent. 

"thankyou doctor for saying that from her to me" i gave him a hug.

* end of flashback *

it's hard to think of it. i loved her so much.

I Decided to go to the cemetery.

after thinking of our funny memories, i arrived there.it was like 5 minutes walking but with my penny board it is like 3 minutes.when I arrived at her gravestone I saw someone I never expected to see him there.
