If you've decided to ask for a review, here is the information you'll need!
To start, P.M me the following information:
1. Your username
2. The title of your book
3. The status of your book (completed, in progress, on hold, ect.)
4. The description of your book
5. A picture of your cover
6. An honest statement that your book doesn't include mature content
If you can't send me a picture, let me know and I'll just screenshot your book cover. A reminder: What you send me gets put in this book.
Books I will not review:
1. Fanfiction ( I won't be able to properly review your book if I'm not in the fandom. Sorry!)
2. Horror ( I recently discovered I can't handle horror very well)
3. Mature Books (I already explained this)

REVIEW
Grammer/Spelling: Very nice, with few spelling mistakes. Only chapter that had many mistakes was chapter 3.
In an actual review, I would be more specific and talk about why I said what I did. You can always P.M me for a more in-depth review of your book if you want all of my notes on it.
