Sonic P.O.V
I woke up from the rays of sunlight hitting my eyes, making them burn. I ignored the pain and looked at the time, 8:35. I sighed deeply and flopped onto my side, only to find Shadow sleeping peacefully. I smiled as I brushed my hand through his soft, fur. "Mm.." I stopped as I noticed Shadow woke up and looked at me tiredly. "Morning Sonic." "Morning."
I chuckled a bit seeing how messy Shads quills where when he sat up. "Is it okay if I use the shower?" "Sure its down the hall to the left." "Thanks."
As he left I noticed I was staring at his tail and shook my head to not to get any thoughts..
Shadow P.O.V
I easily found the bathroom and I turned on the shower and waited for the water to warm up until I slipped on a towel. "GAH!"
Sonic P.O.V
I was downstairs until I heard Shadow and a thud. So I ran to the bathroom to find Shadow on his back and was in pain. "Shadow what happened?" "I slipped on a towel and I think my right leg is broken.." I could tell in his voice he was trying not to cry. I at least got somewhat of myself and Shadow dressed and I picked him up and headed for the hospital.
1 hour later
Narrator P.O.V
Sonic waited beside Shadow waiting for a result. Shadow had at least broken his right leg and luckily not his back as well. They put Shadow's leg in a cast and gave him crutches. And the two walked back to Sonics house. "I hate this.." Shadow said annoyed that he can't move freely and had to use crutches. "At least you only need to wear it for about 5 weeks." "Yeah but its uncomfortable.."
"Hey im the one that's gonna have to help you get around and do certain things, Shads." Shadow chuckled."I guess thats true."

Ayyye everyone sorry for the long wait (cough, school) I had no idea really for this story for a while so here ya go! I have been wanting to make a story or something where show breaks his leg and Sonic jas to help take care of him XD regret nothing~
