EXT.SCHOOL CAFETERIA-NOON
The Scene starts out with it being really sunny outside. The camera goes to students that are outside eating various lunches, gossiping, and playing on the laptops/tablets.

The camera then pans to EVERLY, an 18 year old female who walks with a piece of paper and a lunch tray in her hand to a lunch table sitting there is BEN, a 18 year old charming witty male. Then Teagen, a 18 year old tech savvy male who are both eating their lunches.

EVERLY
Hello Teagen and Ben.

TEAGEN
Hey Everly.

BEN
Why are you so cheerful today?

EVERLY
Um...Hello it's the last day of school for us seniors and I also found a perfect way to spend my summer.

TEAGEN
Does it have anything to do with the piece of paper in your hand?

EVERLY
Why yes it does. It's my bucket list.

BEN
Bucket list?

EVERLY
Yeah..I wanted to complete everything on my bucket list this summer.
TEAGEN
Why this summer when you have basically the rest of you're life to finish it?

EVERLY
That's the thing. People always say that your teenage years are your best years and we only have two years left of our youth before we step into responsibilities and adulthood. So why not have a little fun this summer.

TEAGEN

Let me see that. [looks at bucket list.] Learn how to surf in Australia?...Hold an EVP session with a ghost? These seem...

EVERLY
Don't say impractical because people surf in Australia all the time. Then there are the the Ghost Adventurers on tv who talk to ghost every Saturday.

BEN
[Looks at bucket list.] Pet a polar bear? Everly how do you plan on completing all of these things?

EVERLY
I've been saving money all year for a new a car but the money could easily go towards completing my bucket list. Plus all the graduation money coming my way from parents and grandparents helps. Then with the help from both of you-

TEAGEN
Oh no...I have to go the summer program at MIT.

EVERLY
You don't even know what I was going to say.

TEAGEN
Yeah I do..[says in a mocking tone.] Teagen you're super smart maybe you can tag along with me I can use your brain to help me complete this almost impossible bucket list.

EVERLY
I wasn't going to say that and it's not impossible.

BEN
What were you going to say then?

EVERLY
If you guys can help me complete the almost possible and practical bucket list?

TEAGEN
I knew it.

EVERLY
Please? Ben I already know you don't have anything planned this summer.

BEN
Well thanks.

EVERLY
And Teagen the summer program is basically a tour of MIT which you already know all about since you've been researching it before we even knew what the internet was. So please it'll be an adventure plus we get to leave boring Saint Louis for once.

BEN
Although I was going to visit Washington State this could be fun. So I'm in.

EVERLY
Thank you Ben. Teagen are you in?

TEAGEN
Fine I'll go. When exactly do you plan on starting this?

EVERLY
After graduation, I still have a little more planning to do.
