As I look out the window, I frown remembering my boyfriends reaction to what I later wore. He smiled brightly and simply said" looking good babe"
I changed my thoughts once I heard my phone beep. I pick it up and see texts from Lilly my best friend.

I look up at the window and notice it is raining. I look at Cole and realize no one has spoken the past 25 minutes. I stare at him. Honestly, my heart is not racing. It's not melting. It's not even impressed. All I am feeling is incompleteness for the first time in my life. And it's all because of me taking a risk.
I look away and then feel a hand on my thighs. I look up and realize it's my stupid boyfriend that is touching me! I don't move cos I am scared to see what his reaction will be.
He parks in the drive way of the school and leans in. I move away.
T: um...sorry Cole but I need to meet Lilly in 15 minutes.Excuse me.
With that I leave the car. No one says good bye. No one says I love you. Nothing.
