-----------(Vic's pov)---------
We were just doing what we did everyday, sponsoring Justin, Gabe, and Kailey. Today was different though. Today they got rid of the fourth person and were told only Ine of them could live. They stared at eachother for a while then started fighting. My heart dropped at how fast they turned on each other. I could only imagine how Kellin felt right now. After a while Justin had stabbed Gabe and Kailey had stabbed Justin. They were both laying on the floor while Kailey looked at them sadly. Justin and Gabe, like the others, were taken by a helicopter to where they put all the dead bodies while Kailey got into another helicopter. Everyone in the commons stood up and cheered wildly except for me, Jaime and Kellin. Kellin started crying and ran out the door. Me and Jaime followed him out. He ran all the way to our house and up to his room.
"Kellin I..." Jack started as Kellin ran by him.
He soon followed us and we all ended up In Kellin's room comforting him.
---------(Kailey's pov)--------
I wish I could tell everyone the truth. I wish I could talk to the rest of the band and my family and straighten everything up. But I can't. In order for this to work I have to let it play out. I heard that Kellin and Jack were in the Capital. I also noticed when I was In the games, they sent me items with messages saying it was them or giving hints to where others were. They helped all three of us. I decided to go to the Capital as soon as the excitement died down. If I left now people would noticed. I noticed the victor house had electricity so I plugged my phone in and tried to text Kellin, 'Kellin it's alright. It will all make sense soon enough,' I clicked send and toto my surprise it worked. I soon got a reply saying, 'How do you know that? They are dead!' I could feel the pain in the message. Oh.. I wish I could tell him what's up. I wish I could, so badly. Instead I replied, 'I'm coming to see you, ' I sent it and started to pack a small bag with a lot of food and water, some medicine, and my phone and charger. I waited on my phone and charger until it was completely charged though. That took a few hours. The partying had died out by now and I made my way to the fence. I slowly slipped out of the fence and headed up towards the Capital.
