Eli's point of view:

My bedroom is dark, and I can only see faint rays of light coming out of the curtained windows of the early morning. I'm alone in bed, and I'm still pretty much asleep. I'm so comfortable, and I feel like I could stay in bed all day. It's when the door opens and I hear little footsteps coming in. Small and high-pitched giggles fill the room and I know who it is coming in.

"Daddy wake up!" My youngest daughter shouts. Her and my other two daughters jumped on my bed and started to pounce around, trying to get me up. I dug my face into the pillow and moaned tiredly.

"Five more minutes, girls." I replied tiredly. They chuckled and sat down next to me on the bed.

"No, daddy! Mommy said you have to get up and go to work!" My five year old says to me. I sigh and smile at her.

"Okay, I'll be up then. Go and eat your breakfast and get ready for school." I said. They smile and leave the room in a quick pace. I lay flat on the mattress, letting out a sigh and getting up. Oh, to be a father!

After the twins were born thirteen years ago, Emily and I had three more daughters. I have five daughters and a wife, I'm the only guy in this household. In order of appearance, there was Scarlet and Victoria, who were teenagers now. My eight year old daughter came next, and we named her Evianna. After her, comes our five year old who we named Lizette. Lastly, we had our three year old named Vincenza. A lot would think I found it overbearing to have a bunch of girls, but in truth it was just the opposite. I loved them with all of my heart, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Emily and I agreed that we would stop at five, so there were no boys in the picture, but that didn't matter. I had nephews, and I would rather have all daughters than no children at all.

I got out of bed slowly, and made my way downstairs to the kitchen. All of the girls were in there, waiting for their breakfast while Emily shuffled around, switching between cooking, talking to the girls, and packing their lunches for school. Scarlet and Victoria were sitting at the table eating quietly and typing on their phones. Their fourteenth birthdays would be coming in about a week, and we still hadn't scheduled a party for them.

"Scarlet, could you grab your sister's backpack from her room? She needs to eat before we're late." Emily requested. Scarlet got off of her phone and looked at her mother.

"Which sister?" She asked.

"Evianna." Emily answered. I came fully into the kitchen and gently grabbed Emily by the waist, giving her a kiss on her cheek. I looked over at four of my daughters sitting at the table, eating their breakfast. I sat down at the table with them as Emily gave me a plate of bacon and eggs. I wondered how she could be up at five thirty in the morning, get dressed, get the girls ready for school, and still have time and energy to make all of us breakfast.

"Wow, this looks good. Thanks mom. Victoria, what is it that you do on that phone? It takes up ninety percent of your day, what could be so time consuming? What, are you mapping out a new continent on there?" I asked. I didn't understand what it was with the iPhones. Victoria and Scarlet were always on them. Once, I caught them texting each other when they were sitting on the couch together. Is it some sort of secret plan they have to kill me or something? I don't get it!

"I'm talking to Everett about our group project for health class." She replied. Ah, Everett. My brother-in-law that was also the same age as my daughters. Everett and Victoria were best friends. Scarlet and him never really got along as well, though. I never found out why.

"Better him than some shady boy in your class. Like that Danson boy in your grade." I replied.

"You mean Robbie Danson? No, that's not me. He is more Scarlet's type." She replied. I nearly spit out my coffee.
