Emily's point of view:

The house was quiet. All five of the girls were outside, and Eli was in the bedroom doing some business stuff. I was in the kitchen, letting dinner cook in the oven. I had an hour to kill, and I didn't want to waste the quiet. So I ran upstairs quickly into the bedroom where Eli was sitting on the bed on his laptop. He smiled at me when I came in and went back to his computer. I closed the door behind me and walked over to his side of the bed.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Just finishing up some emails. What's up?" He asked. I looked out the window and saw the girls playing out there contently. That was when I took the laptop from his lap, moved it to the other side of the bed, and straddled Eli. I kissed him passionately, catching him off guard and I noticed the surprised smile approach his lips as I kissed him.

"What was that about?" He asked with a laugh. I chuckled and shrugged, starting to kiss him again. This time, he grabbed my waist and turned me over, making his way on top of me. His fingers fumbled with the hem of my shirt and pulled at the shorts I was wearing. Finally we get to do this! We haven't had sex in weeks now, and we were both getting agitated. After five kids, it gets difficult to keep a good bedroom schedule. The last time we did it was when we went to Scarlet's soccer tournament and my dad and Abby watched the girls. That was precisely three weeks ago. Welcome to marriage.

Eli's shirt was off now, and things were getting really heated. My clothes were seconds away from coming off, we kept kissing romantically and passionately. That was, until the door to our bedroom knocked furiously and the sound of the girls radiated through our ears.

"Mom! Evianna keeps taking Vincenza's toys and she won't stop!" Scarlet shouted through the door as she knocked. Eli and I stopped kissing and sighed. Of course this had to happen.

"Tell her to share the toys and if she doesn't they will be taken away!" I said through the door, Eli remaining on top of me.

"I told her that and she still won't listen! Mom, dad, help!" Scarlet replied. I rested my head back and Eli looked to the door.

"Okay if you guys are going to keep fighting then find something else to do!" Eli shouted.

"Eli just forget it, I'll go deal with it," I said calmly.

"No, they can find something else to do," he argued.

"Mommy! I want to go to the park!" Evianna shouted through the door.

"Girls can it wait just a few minutes?!" I asked.

"No!" They both shouted in unison.

...

Eli and I eventually gave up. There was no way he and I were getting any further with the girls fighting like that. So, we both decided we would take all of them to the nearby park so they could waste a bit of energy and go to sleep. Eli was a bit frustrated after we stopped making out, but I told him to keep his composure around the girls. When we arrived at the park we met with Amy and her husband Patrick. They brought their three kids, Layla who was seven, Deanne at five, and Patrick Jr. at four. Eli went off and spoke to Patrick while I sat on one of the benches with Amy.

"Three weeks? That's nothing. Patrick and I have had a dry spell for a month and a half. Just get his parents to watch the girls for a night while you guys grab a hotel room. It's simple as that," Amy said.

"Normally that would be a good idea but his parents live hours from here and my dad and Abby have their own shit to deal with. As in, work and Abby is looking a real estate. I don't want to bother them with all my offspring," I said. Amy chuckled and looked at her children.
