Golden x Reader

Golden's P.O.V

I was just happily walking in the hallway to class,until something caught my eye.
....That something changed my entire life...

~[Flashback to when you where 13]~

Golden's P.O.V

I was chasing (Y/N) around the classroom, "Hey!I will bet you can't run as fast as me!"
I smirked "Hah!You-!"

"Golden!?Come over here right now!You can't spend your worthy time with normal folk!"
Jeffrey said.I tensed up and sighed,looked at (Y/N) sadly,I felt bad for Jeffrey thinking that he could just go around telling others how worthy they are.Either way I wouldn't disobey him,I had no choice but to do what he tells me to do in order for me to keep my "image".

Sometimes when people treat me like I'm more worthy than others it makes me feel bad about myself,just because of a guy with a handsome face and money doesn't mean I'm more valuable.

I snapped out of my thoughts,because I heard (Y/N)'s soothing voice. "Golden?"

I calmed down and looked at her/him,"Yes?".

"Could you meet me tomorrow at sunset under the cherry blossom tree?" She/he said with a little twinkle in their eyes.

I nodded and smiled warmly.
We said our goodbyes and left home.As I was in the limo I saw Jeffrey writing some notes down concentrated.

I looked over his shoulder "What are you-?"
Jeffrey snapped his head towards me slightly frustrated,"Golden,there is nothing to be worried about,I'll tell you what you need to do along the way,not before,not after,got that?"
I jumped slightly at the harsh tone he used and nodded quickly.
Jeffrey then got back to work leaving me alone to think in peace....hm...feels like I'm drowning in a pit of nothingness and loneliness....

<[Next day still 13 years old]>

(Y/N)'s P.O.V

I woke up and shot out of bed,getting dressed quickly,and did my morning routines.Then I quickly realized that I would be going to tell Golden by the cherry blossom tree at sunset!I facepalmed at my action and giggled quietly.

Golden's P.O.V

I didn't get any sleep this night in a very long time,and if I don't get my sleep I will mess up everything.
I was too worried and stressed about the role I have to play in a movie,but the problem is,it's scheduled at sunset.I was supposed to meet (Y/N) by the cherry blossom tree.

[At sunset]

(Y/N)'s P.O.V

I ran as quickly to the cherry blossom tree,I was a little late but I hope I didn't keep Golden waiting that long.I smiled brightly and closed my eyes,expecting Golden to be there.As I got to the top of the hill I said "Golden!W-wow!I hope I didn't keep you wa-!" I opened my eyes to only see that Golden was never there.i felt heartbroken,I searched all around the tree but no sign of Golden.
I wanted to call him and ask where was he but,maybe his life is more important than mine....

I sat up against the tree and hugged my knees,I tried not to cry finding out someone like Golden could never be with me,my life is not important like Jeffrey said.
Rick folk are always right with their top education skills...

Golden's P.O.V

I was done with my parts in the movie I was playing in a little more earlier,maybe (Y/N) is still waiting!I looked at the time on my phone to only see it's- "7:03!"

I ran up to Jeffrey,he was talking to a manager of another actor on the set.I kept on tapping his shoulder until,he turned around and sighed. "What is it Golden?"

"I have to leave right now!SEE YA LATER-!"

With that I ran down a long corridor,grabbing my jacket in the process,I swung to front door open.

The cherry blossom was only a 6 minute walk but if a ran into can probably make it in 3.I looked up to see the sun was already setting and I panicked.I ran as fast as I could to the tree,once I got there I was a mess.I took time to catch my breath,I looked up slowly to only see a crying (Y/N).

I gasped lightly and stumbled my way to them.
"(Y-Y/N)...I'm so sor-."

I was cut off by (Y/N) hugging me,I'm hesitantly hugged back,I played with their hair in a comforting matter.

I pulled away and kissed their forehead.(Y/N) gasped lightly and started to blush madly,which was quite cute in my opinion.
I looked at (Y/N), "You know..you are really cute when you flush like that.." I said with a soft smile.
I heard them huff,"I'm not c-cute!"
(Y/N) they said trying to sound threatening.

I smirked, "What a tsundere!"
(Y/N) was pouting at this point.
I sat there laughing until-

I felt a heavy weight on top of me and something on my lips-
(Y/N) kissed me..
They pulled away quickly and looked away,while I sat up, blinking a couple times making sure I wasn't dreaming.I smiled to myself and looked at (Y/N), "I love you (Y/N).."

(Y/N)'s eyes widened and looked at me, "...I-I..love you t-too Golden.."

[Present time]

I was the thing that changed my entire life...I stopped walking.

I-is it really them..?I thought they left..forever..

I snapped back into reality and looked that the familiar figure, "(Y/N)?"

They turned around..there...there I saw the person I would have died for..the person I would give everything I have for..the person I loved..the person who...left me.

(Y/N) turned around and looked at me, "Golden..?"

I teared up,ran up to them,and tackled them in a hug.

I laughed still in tears of joy.
They laughed along with me too and hugged back.I kissed (Y/N) softly and they kissed back.

I pulled away smiling like crazy, "I love you (Y/N)."

(Y/N) smiled softly,"I love you too Golden."
