How do I tell him? ( prinxiety and logicality)

My journey begins

Femi's P.O.V.

   "This must be the place". I say to myself as i stand in front of a tall door with colors of blue and black. I hesitantly knocked on the door unsure if i would even get an answer.

"To what do I owe this unexpected visit?"

"Logan! Thank goodness youre awake!"

"Dont yell, or else you'll wake everyone up!"
"Sorry" I say whispering " Do you happen to have a map of this place?"

"Are you kidding me.......of course I do."

"May I have it?"

"Sure. Just let me look for it. Stay out here."

"O-okay"

"Here you go" Logan said as he handed me a strange map. "Why do you need it anyways?"

"I just want to familiarize myself with the mind a little bit."

"At five in the morning?"

"I want to get it done"

"Well, the map will change from time to time so look at it at least every hour. Keep track of the exact location you are in. Bring weaponry if you can."

"Yes, sir"

"Sweetheart, who are you talking to?" Said a voice coming from inside the room. I looked past Logan to see...a cat onesie and glasses?

"Is that..... is that Patton?"

"What? No. D-dont be dumb" he said nervously

"Then why dont I see for myself?"

"B-b-because"

The man behind Logan started getting fussy and whining and begging for him.

"Yeah thats totally Patton."

"Please dont tell anyone" he pleaded

"Of course"

I walked away slightly confused. Why was he up this early? Why was he acting wierd? Why was Patton in there?  How much time do I have left? Questions were flooding my head as I walked back to my room. I packed the essentials such: as a sword that I found, food, water, the map,a compass, clothes, a sleeping bag, a flashlight, rope, and a knife.
     
        The first thing I had to do was find out how to get out of the commons. I checked the map to see that I was really close to the exit. The problem is that its near Virgils room and he might hear me. I just need to be very quiet. I found the door to the other part of the mind and slowly creaked it open. The other part of the mind was beautiful. As soon as I stepped out, I saw magnificent trees taller that any i've ever seen before, beautiful flowers with vibrant colors and a beautiful green field that streched as far as I could see. I took a few more steps and everything changed. The magnificent trees had now become a deep, dark forest that seemed endless. The beautiful flowers had wilted and died. The feild started growing shorter and shorter by distance until I was right in front of the forest. I turned around to go back but the door was gone. I looked everywhere but there was no door.

"Help! Help! Is anyone out he-"

I was jumped on and a had was placed over my mouth.

"Shhhh! You'll waked them up!!"

I managed to get her hand of of my mouth.

"Who?"

We both heard a growling noise coming from inside the forest.

"Them"

"Im starting to have second thoughts about this"

"Sorry lassie, but once that door is gone, there is no turning back. Im Lea, Thomas' instinct."

"Im Femi"

" You're the new one, right?"

"Yeah"

"Good to have you on the team"

"Thanks"

"I shall be your guide "

"Okay"
