The story of two bffs, Anah and Reyhan. Inseparable since childhood, they were best of friends. Always by each other's side, looking out for each other.
The bond of their friendship strengthened as they enter adulthood. But one wrong judgement lands...
Next day, Ejaz came to the gym and began to look around for Ipshita. Because of the Goa project Anah had been skipping gyms since few weeks. Mr. Jha their client is very choosy and kept rejecting their designs repeatedly. It frustrated them both.
Ejaz found Ipshita on the trade mill and hurried to her. She turned her head when he greeted her. She frowned on looking at him turned her head looking front again. Ejaz felt offended. He called her again. She pressed her lips tightly and switched off the trade mill. Ejaz watched her climb down and walk away without speaking a word.
Ejaz followed her and cornered her near the ladies room and demanded that she listen to him.
'I am not interested in talking to you, sir.' She said dryly. Ejaz is shocked to see the fury in her eyes. Why is she so mad at him? – he wondered.
'I am not interested in talking to you, either. I want to talk to Anah.' He replied with a straight face. Ipshita frowned and shook her head.
'Whatever. She doesn't want to talk to you, Mr. Ejaz Zafar Ali. You have caused enough troubles for her already. Now, she is with Reyhan and she is happy. Please, stay away from them.' Ipshita joined her palms sarcastically. She then turned around and walked into the room haughtily. Ejaz felt a wave of anger surge through him, she is with Reyhan and she is happy – Ejaz clenched his fists tightly.
Luckily, today was Sunday and so Reyhan was at home. Ipshita had gone with her assistant for sightseeing again. And Anah was alone so Reyhan decided to be with her in case she needed something.
'Is it hurting much?' Reyhan asked concerned as he began untying Anah's bandage. Anah shook her head.
When Anah had woken up in the morning, she felt a sharp pain in her wrist. She noticed blood stains and decided to change her bandage. Reyhan had been making breakfast in their kitchen when he had seen Anah come out. He then had made her sit on the sofa and insisted he helped her with changing the bandage.
'Oww...' Anah winced as he removed the bandage. Reyhan looked at her concerned and began apologizing. Anah smiled and asked him to relax. Reyhan noticed the stitch marks and glared at her. Anah looked away. Reyhan wiped the blood with cotton and applied medicine over her hurt. Anah watched him with a small smile as he winced little applying the medicine. He then tied the bandage carefully and neatly around her wrist.
'All done.' He smiled at her. Anah simply smiled. She was about to stand up when Reyhan held her hand. She looked at him. His smile faded as he looked seriously at her. He held her other palm gazed into her eyes.
'Promise me, Anah you will never do anything like this again.' He made her promise
'If I have you, nothing will happen to me. And I promise I won't do anything like this again.' Anah promised. She looked lovingly at him.
Reyhan side-hugged her, she didn't hug him back but simply placed her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes. She felt safe in his embrace.
A few moments later, Reyhan got up to prepare breakfast while Anah walked towards her room to freshen up.
Just then there is a loud ringing of the doorbell. Both Anah and Reyhan are alarmed. Ipshita never rings the bell so furiously.
Reyhan asked Anah to relax and that he will get the door.
He opened the door and came face to face with an angry Ejaz. Looking at Reyhan at Anah's place so early in the morning made him angrier.
'ANAH!' Ejaz angrily pushed past Reyhan. He stumbled and his back hit the wall.
'Reyhan.' Anah gasped as she came out from her room hurriedly. Her gaze fell on Ejaz who fumed like a raging bull. Before anyone could react Ejaz had charged towards her and held her arm. She winced as his nails pinched her soft skin. She looked at him with tears in her eyes.
