" someone please get him up," utonium said as they nodded while utonium went to check buttercup up and he saw her sleeping, so he kissed her cheek and closed the door and took few pictures and went to them to see them yelling at butch 

" shh what's going on here ? " utonium said as boomer and brick bowed down to him " we are really sorry that butch abused your daughter sorry blossom, bubbles that our brother abused your sister, " brick and Boomer said in unison as professor utonium sat down 

" it's ok because he himself doesn't know anything, not even buttercup's own sisters know so today I will tell you, " professor utonium said as they sat down glaring at butch who sighed.

" this is buttercup also known as Kaoru when she was really small and before I adopted her " professor utonium said and gave a picture to them as they saw it while blossom and bubbles were crying 

" she looks like a boy right? well she was forced to be like this, she wanted to be like any normal girl but because she wanted to protect her mom she became a boy and before you knew it she became like this " professor utonium said giving them a picture of buttercup also known as Kaoru's mom.
