This chapter is for Chisai Citadel-related roleplay only (not including dorms!).
Unlike Kasai, the Citadel on the other side of the island, the Chisai Citadel is rather quiet and is closer to the coast. There's also only one floor, due to the only few, somewhat large rooms it provides.
Known for being one of the least active Citadels, Chisai does not often participate in the battles provided by the ongoing war. Instead, the Saniwa dispatches their warriors into towns, that exist in different time periods, to watch over the citizens and ensure that everything goes accordingly.
