Till Death Do Us Part

After reading the report, Forth immediately went to the forensics department to check on the victim's bodies.

There he met Dr. Kit Panuwat, head forensic of the case.

"Korean nationals, according to the IDs recovered at the scene." Dr. Kit said while passing Forth a copy of both the victim's forensic report.

"COD?" Forth asked while opening the reports.

"Bullet shot on each victim's mouth. We found these," Dr. Kit showed a ziplock bag where two empty caliber 45 bullet shells were placed.

"There appeared to be a struggle as the first man's fist was bruised. We are still examining if we can trace a different blood sample on his fist." Dr. Kit continued.

Forth nodded while reading the entire report.

"They were found half-naked and cuddling when the first investigators arrived on the crime scene. It was actually pretty weird..."

"What is?" Forth asked.

"The investigators felt like the crime scene was staged. It's like the killer killed the victims first then placed their bodies like they were just sleeping. They wouldn't have been found if not for the foul smell coming from their tent." Dr. KitKat replied.

And they really got married!

They had a simple civil wedding in Taiwan. It seems like Jungkook had everything planned really well all along.

And back on the fourth country they visited, Nepal. Jungkook surprised Taehyung with a low-key proposal.

They were watching the sunset in Sarangkot when Jungkook suddenly went on his knees and brought out a simple gold band.

"V, you've been my whole life for almost a decade now. Through thick and thin, you've been there with me. I can't imagine my life now without you.

"Remember when our parents found out about us and when yours asked you if it's them or me. You didn't hesitate to tell them to go to hell. It wasn't the best of things but because of that, I knew you were the one for me. I want to show the world that my love for you is higher than the highest mountain in the world.

"We don't have the perfect relationship. We fight over small things. We argue over where to eat, what to do on weekends and you won't talk to me for days. And the make-up sex is the best but that's not the only thing I loved about you.

"You are my now and I want you to be my forever V." Taehyung's eyes are freely flowing now. He was speechless and almost on the verge of sobbing because of too much joy.

"V. Kim Taehyung. Will you marry me?" Jungkook finally dropped the bomb. Despite the strong facade that he is showing, Jungkook is actually very nervous inside. He won't take it if Taehyung says "No."

"YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!" Taehyung finally found his voice and pulled Jungkook to stand up. He peppered Jungkook's face with kisses mixed with his tears, he didn't mind looking like a dirty kid.

When he had given all the kisses he can give, he hugged Jungkook tightly. "Thank you Kookie. I promise. In sickness and in health. In richer and in poorer. Till death do us part."

A shirtless Jungkook, he was very sweaty walking around, was gathering firewood for their bonfire when he heard a car engine stopping, he thought it weird knowing that no form of vehicle whatsoever is allowed in this part of the campsite.

He tried to go to the car but stopped in his tracks when he saw a little girl wearing rags being dragged out of the black plateless car and not even ten seconds passed when the black hooded man brought out a caliber 45 and shot the little girl directly in the mouth.

Jungkook was utterly shocked. Slowly and very silently, he backed away when he heard a pained grunt on his left.

Fuck. He wanted to see and help the person but he has to think of his husband first. As less noise as possible, he tried to go back to their tent.

"V! V!" he loudly whispered when he arrived at their tent.

"Oh Kookie, why do you look like you just saw a ghost?" Taehyung was shirtless and in the middle of choosing a shirt to sleep on.

"Pack all your bags. We're leaving now!" Jungkook commanded Taehyung while stealthily collecting all he can get his hands on and putting it in their sleeping bag.

"Why?! We just arrived, I don't understand. Why do we have to leave?" Taehyung was very confused but did as what Jungkook said. Jungkook rarely acted like this so he knows that something terrible had just happened.

He took all the things he collected and went out of his tent when he saw Jungkook on his knees, all of their things scattered on the ground and a black hooded man with his lips bleeding pointing a gun at his husband.

"What do you want man?!" Jungkook looked up, his fist bleeding and wanted to desperately go to Taehyung. "I don't even know who you are so you don't have to worry. I won't tell anyone about what I saw."

Taehyung was speechless, he doesn't know what is happening now. Why was a man trying to shoot his beloved?

"We just got married! Let us go and..." before Jungkook even finished what he was saying, the man suddenly pulled the trigger and shot Jungkook in the mouth.

Taehyung's world just crashed. The man that he loves the most is lying on the ground, blood gushing out from the back of his head.

"Wha---, who---," Taehyung slowly approached Jungkook's lifeless body and put his beloved's head on his lap. "You promised! You promised!" Taehyung, enraged, looked up at the black hooded figure and shouted. "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?! YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS! YOU WILL..." the black hooded man once again pulled the trigger.

Two shirtless guys are now lying on the floor, dead. We just got married. We just got married. was playing over and over inside the hooded man's head.

Anyways, I feel like I'm dragging this back story so much already so this will be the end of the VKookie cameo. They had a short and painless death so be happy. I wanted a torture scene but this is just the start so watch out for more gruesome shit.

So, since this would be V and Kookie's last chapter, I hope you were able to puzzle out who and what their roles here were. And what's with the man's obsession of shooting people in the mouth? What a weird killing fetish.

And yesss! Fifth moon down. One last moon to go. I don't know what Kit's full name is on the series. I kept on looking for it everywhere but to no avail so I just used his real last name. Please be cherry and help me. I would love to know his and Ming's full names. Pretty pretty please...

P.S. I noticed so many loopholes and writing mistakes while rereading the chapters, good thing we are all just casual readers here and not those strict beta grammar nazi technical type or I would've had my ass whooped.
