The rain always calmed her down. She always stood in the middle of the park, staring at the dark skies as the rain poured on her. She always came here when June and July came, or the days that rained. She is always updated with the weather report every morning, it became a morning routine when she gets up to go to school.

It washed all the pain she has been holding in her bottle of emotions. Her bottle of emotions is always full. She loved the rain because no one can see her tears when she stood there, smiling as tears rolled down from her eyes. It was just problems and stress with everything that she was tired of.

Drama. Friendship. And of course, studies is one of them. But, studies doesn't have to do anything with drama or friendship. Placing that aside, Karin always puts heavy burdens on her shoulders. She didn't know how to deal with situations that involves a group of friends, she never had any of those in the past. She never liked to worry about each of them and it is an obstacle to her studies.

Karin snapped into reality when a couple bumped her by accident, she gave them a silent sorry and stepped aside so they can walk past her. They looked at her weirdly and walked away from the soaked up Uzumaki. Karin didn't bring her glasses today, she didn't want it to be wet. She treasured her glasses and her mother said it fits her so well. Karin had those glasses ever since. Her mothers compliments made her self-esteem go up. Her mother is a very sympethetic and a genuine woman who loves her child dearly. Karin is glad that she has a caring mother that will be by her side. She never understood love, the only love she understands is love towards their parents or siblings.

Karin never thought about it, ever. She kind of wished to meet her soul mate in the most clichè moment ever. Like meeting in a cafè, or highschool love between a nerd and a player. Karin sighed and shook her head at the thought of that. Karin is independent and wanted to do things herself. If she wanted to fall In love, then her soulmate needs to prove that she needs someone to lean on and to understand that she has her own meltdowns, and rough patches. It was the only time she needs someone to help her keep a hold of herself and love her the way she is even though she tends to have her own set of mood swings

Now, she continued to stand there. It was still pouring. Karin wanted the rain to comfort her. Until, she didn't feel any drops she looked up to see an umbrella over her. Karin turned around, and her eyes met with an attractive male. Karin assumed he is a student in her school, she could tell by his uniform. She never noticed him. She never cared about new students or old students, she cared about the education.

"Miss, why are you standing in the rain? You might get a cold." He spoke.

"The rain makes me smile, do you know what i am saying?"
