Camila's POV

I woke up by my phone ringing. I reached my hand out to grab it from my nightstand. Mom the caller ID read. I sighed and answered.

PHONE CONVO

Camila (C): Hello?

Mom (M): Camila? Did you just wake up?

C: Yeah

M: Well, I'm going to spend some time over there

C: You are?

M: Yes, I'll be there in 2 days

C: Okay, well see you when you get here.

M: Okay I'll see you, love you mila.

C: l-love you too

She hung up after that. I sighed and put my phone down. I turned looked straight at the ceiling, then turned my head to see a sleepy Lauren watching me. "What are you looking at?" I asked, a small smile creeping on my face.

"Was that your mom?" she asked, her voice sounded so raspy and just... beautiful.

"Yeah, she's gonna be here in a few days." I told her, looking back up at the ceiling.

"That's good right?"

"Yeah, I guess" I said. I got out of the covers and walked to the closet to get some clothes. We're just rehearsing today so I just got my sweats. I turned back to Lauren and she was still watching me. "Lauren"

"What?" she asked, the corners of her mouth rising up.

"Stop looking at me" I told her seriously.

"Sorry, you're just so beautiful" she said while sitting up. I smiled softly and left to go to the bathroom. I did my usual morning routine then exited the bathroom. When I swung the door open Lauren was leaning on the door, her clothes in her hands. "Are you okay?" she asked.

"Yeah" I said simply and walked back into our room, Lauren going into the bathroom. I put my pajamas in the hamper and went to the living room. Drew and Ally were in there but weren't talking. There was an awkward silence and I wasn't in the mood to stay in it. I walked in the kitchen and there was food already set on the table but it seems like everyone's already done eating. I sat down and put some food on my plate and juice in my glass. I stared outside the window that was on top of the sink.

Everything was quiet. All you can here is the clock ticking. I sighed as I took a sip of my orange juice. I finished my food and put it in the sink. Putting my hands on the edge of the sink, still looking out the window. It was the view of Los Angeles. The perfect view of the hollywood sign. I heard a knock on the door and I looked to see Lauren.

Lauren's POV

I knocked on the kitchen door, making Camila turn to looke at me. "Hey" she said as she leaned against the sink.

"Look, I'm sorry if I made you feel a bit uncomfortable awhile ago" I said as I walked closer to her.

"No, it's okay, I guess I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed" she said. I rubbed her arms up and down and interwined our fingers. We stared at each other for minutes then I asked her if she wanted some breakfast, but she said she wasn't hungry. We got together with the girls to have rehearsals in the masion, since we're just doing our vocals for today and tomorrow will be the dance rehearsals. While waiting for Simon, we were already doing vocal exercises with, Autumn, our vocal couch.
