Lauren's POV
We were waiting for Camz to come out in the kitchen. "She's been in there for an hour already" I said impatiently. Everyone was silent, looking at the door. I turned around and a broken, hurt Camz was standing by the door. "Camz" she was on the verge of crying but I could tell she was trying to hold it in. We all ran into a group hug. "Don't let this bring you down Camz" I whispered in her ear, she gave me a weak smile. We decided to watch a movie in the living room, Finding Nemo because it's Camila's favorite.
It was Camila and I on one couch, Dinah, Ally, and Normani on the other one. I looked over to Camila, she looked sleepy. Probably because of all the crying she's done, she had a tear stained face. "come here" I whispered, loud enough for her to hear. She moved closer to me and laid her head on my shoulder. We cuddled for the rest of the movie.
After the movie we ordered pizza for dinner. We decided to eat by the pool and maybe have a swim when something caught my eye. Camila was trying to get out some napkins from the top cabinet, when her sleeve moved down a little revealing a bandage, it was quite bloody. "Camila can I talk to you for a minute?" I asked her, she nodded weakly in response. I led her to our room that we shared and closed the door behind me. I turned to look at her, she looked so nervous and pale. "Camz roll up your sleeve" she looked at me not saying anything "wh-why?" She stuttered "please just do it" she rolled up her sleeve slowly revealing the bloody bandage I saw earlier. I hope that it's not what i'm thinking. "What happened?" I asked, she say down on her bed and I sat down beside her. She didn't look at me she kept her gaze on the floor. "P-please don't hate me" she croaked, I brought her into a tight hug not wanting to let go. "I will never hate you. You can tell me anything" I told her. She sighed "I cut myself" she whispered, her voice cracking at the end.
I can't believe this. Why would she do that to herself? I didn't wanna let go of her, I need to be here for her.
"Please say something" she whispered with so much pain in her voice
"I love you Camila. I'll always be here" was all I could say. She pulled away, we stared at each other for what seemed like hours. Her big brown chocolate eyes were now red and puffy
"Please don't tell the girls" she croaked
"I won't" I said wiping the tears away from her cheeks. After a few minutes of talking a little bit more we decided to go back to the girls. We went on the living room to see the girls watching White Chicks. I sat down beside Camila on the floor and cuddled with her throughout the whole movie. After the movie we just hung out and talked about stuff. Camila stayed silent the whole time and the girls knew not to question her or anything.
Camila's POV
I finally told Lauren about me cutting. Thank God she didn't think I was a freak. Now, the girls and I are just talking about random stuff.
"So how are you and Arin?" Dinah asked Normani. Normani looked down blushing.
"Awww Mani you're blushing!" Ally said laughing which caused us all to laugh since her laugh was so contagious. The girls talked about their past boyfriends and present boyfriends. I stayed silent since I've never had a boyfriend before. According to what they were saying, Lauren had boyfriends in the past but is single right now. Normani, same as Lauren, had past boyfriends, and has a crush on one of the contestants Arin Ray. Ally has a boyfriend named Troy and Dinah has a boyfriend named Siope.
"How about you Mila who was your first kiss?" asked Normani.
"I never had my first kiss yet" I said. I looked down and bit my lip from embarrassment
"It's okay Camz, you just haven't met the lucky one yet." Lolo said winking at me. I blushed at her movement and she smiled at me
We talked and talked for hours until the other contestants came to the living room. We decided to watch Spider-Man 3, then Iron Man 1. We had an amazing time. Eventually everyone fell asleep on in the living room right after we finished watching the movies. I fell asleep in Lauren's arms, where I feel safe. Today may have started a bit rusty but ended clean.
