Hands shaking, Ears ringing. Lilith looked up and squinted her eyes when the flashlights of 4 police officers all pointed at her. 3 of those flashlights went inside to explore the rest of the apartment while only one officer started asking her questions, She still couldn't hear well so he received no response. She looked down to her shaking hands as one officer shouted from the hallway "4 dead, the parents and the children are all de--" the officer rushed outside vomiting without finishing the sentence.
The officer standing in front of Lilith looked back at her, now with her bloody hands reaching half way to him.
"I did it.. I.. killed them" she said, with a half smile on her faceThe officer took a step back, took out his handcuffs and arrested her. As she was being escorted out of the apartment, some of her neighbors were peeking from their doors. The women next door who used to babysit her broke in tears as she saw her handcuffed bloody hands.
no one saw it coming.

In the interrogation room, the investigators weren't getting anywhere. Lilith was silent, except some sighs that left her mouth when one of them would raise his voice. That is until a psychologist and a court appointed attorney walked in.
The attorney introduced himself, whispered something to the investigator sitting in front of Lilith who shook his hand and got up, the attorney unfolded a chair to sit next to her. The psychologist instead sat in front of Her, took out a file and a recorder. With a nod from the investigator, the psychologist began his work to get to the truth.
"Hello, my name is Louis Bert, I'm a doctor and I'm here to try and figure things out, I need your help to do that, okay?"
Lilith made no response
"Okay, let's start: the officers told me they found you in the living room, do you recall what happened before that?"
Lilith kept her silence and the psychologist, discouraged, sighed.
"You need to help us so we can help you" the attorney whispered to Lilith.
The psychologist continued after knocking on the table with his pen:
"Do you know where you are?"
Still.. no response.
"..Can you tell me your name?" He leaned in, knocked his pen twice firmly to get her attention
"..Lilith.. Lilith Avery, but they used to call me Lilly.." Lilith's head rose a little and met his eyes for a second before she altered the coarse of her gaze and focused on the knocking pen
"..Used to?" He asked
"They're all dead now" her eyes went back staring at her hands, the dried up blood on her hands marked her guilt
"Could you please tell us how that happened?"
She nodded and proceeded to say what her hands did when her sanity broke.

Her little brother was first, he liked to swim so she felt it fitting to drown him in the bathtub, he was asleep so she carried him over and before he realized what was happening, he was already submerged and held under water.Next was her little sister, Lilith walked into the bedroom with her father's hand gun. She put a pillow on her sister's head to lower the blast's sound and fired away.
After that, she proceeded to her parent's bedroom, this time equipped with the biggest kitchen knife she could find, and ended up stabbing her mother's chest. The first 3 stabs finished the job since they were aimed for the heart but Lilith continued, she stopped counting after 20 stabs but that didn't stop her hand from thrusting in and out. It needed more power from the wrist than she ever thought, but her wrist was previously broken so she was able to proceed without any pain since the bones grew back stronger than before.
Every time she pulled back the knife, blood would splatter on the bed sheets as well on her face and torso. Her father, who had his back to the crime, felt those splatters on the back of his neck and woke up and turned to see his daughter failing to pull the knife out after it was lodged in her mother's ribcage and won't come out. She though quick and reached for the handgun she put on the bed stand. Aimed at her father who gasped at the sight of his dead wife, that gasp was his final breath as Lilith fired pulled the trigger three time, her father died before he hit the ground.
The women next door heard the final gun shots that announced the end of this grizzly murder and notified the police, thinking it was a burglar, she kept her distance.
___________________________"Now can I go home?" Lilith asked the psychologist sitting in the interrogation room "if my mother saw my hands like this she'll get angry" she looked into the psychologist's eyes "Help me"
Dr. Bert turned to the investigator and signaled that he wanted to talk outside
"So what is it doc? Is she sane enough to stand a trial?" Asked the investigator
"Are you kidding me? The girl obviously suffered a mental break down, the way she talked is as if she was just taking a walk in the park, not murder her entire family."
"So what's your verdict?" The investigator was anxious, everyone was. This is a small town, nobody was used to this kind of crime
"She's dissociated from reality, she isn't aware of anything, even the crime she just recited to us, it's like she's on auto pilot mode"
"So what will happen to her now?"
"I advise putting her in an institute"
"There is one in the next town, but I don't think they'll take a criminal"
"I know a place that will definitely take her in" The psychologist peeked from the window and into the interrogation room, carefully studying Lilith's facial expression "It's called Mount Massive Asylum"___________________________
As you have noticed, this fanfic will be bloody and full of gory descriptions. This chapter was light, but the other chapters will have more gore in it.
I've been tossing the idea of this fanfic in my head and finally I've had the time to start it. I hope you enjoy it
