Alice's POV
"Ryan!" I yelled in happiness. "Hey Alice!" Ryan smiled. By the way lots of people get robbed and kill at night, so every day we are happy to see each other. I ran to Ryan and gave him a loving hug and he then kissed my forehead. Then we started to walk, to work. I noticed Ryan staring at me. "What?" I said. "Your hair looks nice today" Ryan said quickly looking away. "Thanks" I said. Somehow i knew he had something else to say.
"Guess what i found!" Ryan excitedly said. "A dead rat?" I sarcastically joked. "No" He rolled his eyes. "I found five bucks on my way here" Ryan said with pride. "Wow! You sir are lucky" I said with wide eyes" Now what are you going to buy with it?" I then asked. "I'm going to get food for my family" Ryan said. "Well, we should be getting paid today, so you will be able to get more food" I said. "I hope so my boss thinks I’m slacking, but we all know it's just because he wants all the money" Ryan frowned. "If you don't get paid today I’ll share my pay with you" I smiled at Ryan “You would do that?" Ryan asked with a surprised look on his face. "Of course I would? You're like my brother" I answered.
When we got to the factory the boss yelled. “You two! You’re late If you want to get paid you'll have to stay later than usual" Like of course. “Yes sir" Ryan and I said at the same time.
