After yesterday I've realized that I kind of have a little bit of feelings for Paige. She's a really nice girl and every time I talk to her or see her, my day is brightened. I don't know if she feels the same because, sometimes I feel like she likes me and other times she just acts like we're just friends. I mean, we are just friends. But maybe, I want to be more.
Right now, it's mid-day and I'm on my way over to Trey's house. I'm just going over there to chill with the guys. I'm hoping that Paige is there because, I wanna see her. I don't know if I would ask her out or not because, she's Trey's little sister. Trey is very protective over his sister so I don't know if he'd want me dating her. I usually never take this long to ask out a girl but, Paige is different. She ain't like them other girls that just throw themselves at me, she has respect. When I'm with her or talking to her, we can just talk about real shit.
I closed my car door as I got out and walked to Trey's door. I knocked on it and waited a couple seconds before the door opened.
"Sup?" Trey and I did our hand shake.
"Hey" I said, walking in the living room and greeting everyone.
They all greeted me as I sat down on one of the couches. They then carried on having their individual conversations about girls or whatever. I was sitting by Michael and Jacob so, they included me in their conversation. They were talking about their girlfriend problems.
"So Chris, you got a girl yet?"Jacob asked.
"Nah man, I'm gonna stay single for a while" I answered.
"Why man?" Michael asked me.
"These hoes ain't loyal, that's why" I chuckled. "Nah, I'm just kidding. I don't know man but, I'm kinda talking to this girl right now"
"Oh really, what she like?"
"You know, she's beautiful, funny, smart. The usual" I said, thinking about Paige.
"The usual" Jacob chuckled.
"All them things you've mentioned about this girl is not the usual for the girls you date" Michael said, laughing as well.
"Man shut up" I shook my head, chuckling.
"So, do we know this girl" Jacob asked me
"Yeah"
"OK, who is she" Michael asked.
"Paige, Trey's sister" I tried to say quietly.
They both looked at me like I was crazy.
"Why you guys looking at me like that" I asked them.
"Because, you definitely can't date her, man" Michael shook his head.
"I know. He wouldn't like me dating his sister but, If I ask her and she say's yes-"
Jacob cut me off. "You can't ask her" he furrowed his eyebrows.
"You guys are being over dramatic" I said, giving them a look.
"You won't be saying that when Trey knocks your two front teeth out" Michael chuckled.
I kissed my teeth and stood up.
"Where you going" Jacob asked me, raising his eyebrow.
"To see Paige" I answered. They both shook their heads as I walked out of the living room, As I walked out of the living room, I saw Trey giving me a look so I slyly drew the living room door close so that he couldn't see me going to Paige's room.
