Chapter 1

                                                                                     (y/n) Pov

I was in okhasis with my brother Zane. He would boss me around a lot. He would tell me to clean the palace and do the paper work for him. I like to just read books all day when I'm done with everything. Zane walks into your room and doesn't even knock just opens the door. "(y/n) did you clean everything or are you just being lazy again?" Zane said. "Zane, I did do all my work and I also did paper work on your desk." I said. "Good! You're a good little sister" Zane says walking to your bed and patting you on the head. Zane never treated you like a sister. I felt more like a slave then a sister. That's all I am to him a slave! Zane smiles and walks out of my room and before he closes the door. "Oh um (y/n) tomorrow clean the jail cells. They are get dust in there." Zane says and walks out of my room. I just flop my head on my pillow and say to myself. "I'm getting out of here by tonight if the last thing I do. I start packing a small backpack with a little bit of clothes and a few snacks.

I have been waiting all day for night to come around. It felt like an hour and hours of waiting around in my room. I start to open the door to my bed room and look around. No one is in sight! I start to tip toe to the front door of the palace. I start to slowly open that door it made a really bad creak sound. I wait a bit to continue on. I walked to the gate no guard were anywhere to be since. I thought to myself. Maybe I should use the secret passage way to get out just in case. So I stopped in my tracks and went straight for the passage way. I made it out of the town. The forest looks a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I walked into the forest it wasn't that bad.

                                                                                    Hours Pass

I was still walking in the forest when I heard something moving in the bushes. I didn't care what it was I start to run. There was a village in the distance I ran for that never looked be hide me.

I made it to the village and fine a lot of people just walking around. I walked to see if I could fine the lord of the village. I found a building the looked like a lord's house. I walked to the door but I was stopped by a male voice. "Hey cutie! What you doing in a town like this?" the male voice said. I turned around and he had a reddish orange hair and a cute face. "Um I want to talk to the lord of this village to see if I could stay here. I ran from home and I really don't want to go back." I said. The man walked to me and moved me out of the way of the door." Darling whatever happens then is in the past you can start a new life. You are so pretty that any guy that sees you well falls for you in a heartbeat" He said. "Well thank you so much for that but I really need to go talk to the lord of this village so I'll talk to later...." I said. "Oh by the way my name is Laruance. Don't forget it babe" he says with a wink. I just laugh and walk to the door once again. I knock on the door and a guard opens the door. "Oh hello sir! I want to talk to your lord to see if I can stay in your village for a few days." I said. "I'm sorry miss but his busy right now. If you want you can stay here as long as you want. I'll tell the lord that you are here miss..." He said. "Oh sorry my name is (f/n)!"I said. "Well miss (f/n) I hope you have a great time in Meteli." He said I start to walk away from the lord's house. I started to walk around the town to see if I can find a house.

After a while of look I could really find a house so I don't think they would mind if I build somewhere. I found a place to put my house it was where I can see the town but not that far from the water. I start to build my house then Laurance came by. "Hey Beautiful what cha you doing? Do you need any help with building your house?" He said. "No I think I have it but if you want to you can help me with something." I said. "Anything for you my love" he said. "You can get out of where I'm going to put my door at." I said all sassy. "Oh I'm sorry. Wait did you just sassy me!" He said. I put the door in its place and look at him. "Maybe I did what cha going to do about it. Kidnap me cause I wouldn't mind if you did." I said flirt a bit. "No but I do this" he said. He puts you on the ground and start to tickle you. "Ha-ha...ha-ha stop ha-ha it! "I said." Are you going to sassy me again." He said. "No" I said with a last laugh. I sighed and look at Laurance while he was getting up.
