Ashton's POV

It has been a few days since Michael got stuck in the lift with Tanya and I haven't been able to get Abigail off my mind. I don't know why because we only spoke for probably less than an hour, but she is all I can think about. Her long, brown hair that was pulled up perfectly into a bun with curled pieces framing her face perfectly, which just drew me to her instantly. The way her deep hazel eyes shone so brightly with happiness when she talked about everything she loved. Everything about her drew me in, making me want to know more and more about her. She had tiny quirks that just made me smile, like how she would constantly mess with her clothes when she's nervous. Why can't I get hr off my mind?

That day wasn't just for me either, Michael has been a lot happier since he met Abigail's friend Tanya. Me and the boys are glad he's starting to become the old Michael again. He is smiling a lot more and is joking around again, but something is on his mind still and it's her. Every now and again he just seems a bit distant. I know he wants that he really wants to see her again but he can't work up the courage to just ring her. The boys and I have tried everything to try and get him to ring her but he is too nervous. There must be something different about this girl, I've never seen him fall for someone so quick.

Michael's POV

I still can't believe I got stuck in a lift with Tanya. I don't know what it was about her but she is different. She found it awkward but I liked that she was a fan yet didn't really treat me like I was famous, which was just such a relief. I loved her brightly coloured hair hair that fell around her shoulders. The way she would watch me with her bright blue eyes whenever I talked. I was so happy when she agreed to give me her number but how long am I supposed to leave it before I call her. A couple of days? A week maybe? I'm not used to this stuff.

I felt something hit the back of my head before Calum came and sat beside me. "You thinking about the purple haired girl again?" He said taking a sip of his coffee.

"Her name is Tanya, Calum, but yeah I was. I really want to see her again but I don't know how long to leave it before calling" I said staring down at Tanya's contact in my phone. Calum laughed at me before snatching my phone out of my hand and tapped the screen before pushing it to my ear, with a smirk on his face "you will thank me later." Well, here goes nothing.

Abigail and Tanya's apartment

The apartment was perfect for the two of them. It was about a 10 minute drive from Abi's office and was everything the two girls could have asked for. The place was a steal because they got it unfurnished so they could really do what they wanted with the place. The longest wall in the living room was a bookcase full of books ranging from Harry Potter to psychology of the mind. Exposed brick walls were littered with pictures of the girls, their family and some of Tanya's work. The whole place had a very cosy feel to it with the candles everywhere which made it look nothing like the city outside. A large grey corner sofa separated the living room from the metal black spiral staircase. Across the the hallway is the kitchen that has a vintage vibe to it which just rounded the look of the place off perfectly.

As it was drawing into the evening, the girls were settling down to have their usual Chinese night. Tanya was alone in the kitchen dancing along to music whilst putting their food onto plates, and poured some wine. She had her purple hair pulled up into a messy bun to keep it out of her face. She was wearing a black vest top with 'faith trust and pixie dust' on the front as she loves Peter Pan. Abi was sat in the living room cross legged on the sofa watching the vampire diaries. Her glasses were perched on her nose as she pulled her hair into a ponytail and wrapped a big Ravenclaw blanket around herself to prep for the season 1 binge.

"Hurry up, I'm starving and you're depriving me from Ian Somerhalder!"

"I'll only be a minute!" Tanya shouted back but Abi's attention was diverted when she heard a buzzing sound next to her on the sofa. She looked down beside her to see Tanya's phone wedged into the sofa cushions, flashing. She picked it up to see Michael's name. "Tanya, your phone is ringing!" she called into the kitchen. "Answer it" Tanya called back, Abi smirked before answering, "hello?"

"Abi?" she heard Michael ask in a very surprised tone. Abi made her way over to the kitchen, sat up on the countertop before answering "Hi Michael" saying his name loudly to make sure Tanya could hear. "Um, I could have sworn I called Tanya" Abi heard Michael mutter to himself. Tanya almost choked on her wine then she threw herself towards Abigail but she playfully slid off the table and ran behind the sofa. Grinning widely she spoke to Michael again laughing at Tanya scramble over the sofa in excitement. "Oh don't worry, she's here no-" Abi didn't manage to finish her sentence before the phone was snatched out of her hand, so she giggled away to the kitchen to leave Tanya to it. Taking a deep breath in, Tanya sheepishly managed to say "hello" through a huge smile. She couldn't believe he actually rang her.

"Umm...hi... how are you?" She could tell by the sound of his voice that he was nervous. Why is he the one that's nervous?

"I'm great, how are you?" she asked trying not to sound too smiley. "I'm good thank you. So Tanya, I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go out with me this Saturday you know as a date... I completely understand if you don't want to as you hardly know me but I thought I would ask. I'm rambling aren't I? I'm sorry-" Tanya cut Michael's nervous rambling off with a small giggle. "Michael calm down, I would love to go on a date with you" she said looking at Abi smirking at her.

"Really? That's great! I will text you the details, um is that okay?" he asked. Tanya could hear how happy he was. "Yeah that's great, I will see you soon then." "See you Saturday" Michael answered before ending the call. Tanya stared at her phone in utter disbelief before looking back up to Abi clearly about to burst with joy. "Oh my Lord. I am going on a date with Michael!" She kept repeating herself before she started mumbling about what she was going to wear.

"Tanya calm down, we still have a few days to sort it out. I'm so happy for you!"

"Thank you, this is a dream come true! Nothing can ruin this" she said with a smile on his face before she went to get her food, finally.

The boys all sat opposite Michael as they watched him end the call. "So? What did she say?" Luke asked once the phone was put on the table.

"She said yes. We are going out on Saturday" He told them causing the three boys to cheer and pat him on the back. "Looks like Michael's going to get laid!" Calum said laughing to Ashton.
