Crush (Jonah Marais)

Chapter 6

It was now the next day, I didn't wake up to my alarm but I woke up to a message from Jonah,

J-Morning beautiful💕

I smiled and replied,

Y-Morning handsome😊

J-So, how are you after our talk last night?

Y-I'm good.

J-Good, I have to go and get ready, see you later x

Y-Okay, bye.

I didn't send a kiss because I didn't want to give anything away about how I was feeling. I got up showered then put of my favourite black skinny jeans with a white crop top. I headed downstairs and ate breakfast before leaving for school. I met up with Nichole and told her what happened last night and she was very happy and said I should tell Jonah, that I want to be with him. I decided to take her advice and tell him at lunch. I was so nervous because what if he changes his mind about me, what if this was all a joke? Me and Nichole went to first period.

I met up with Jonah at lunch and took him to a quiet corner in the school,

"Jonah" I look a deep breath, "I need to tell you something"

"Okay" He said with slight concern,

"I love you!" I blurted out way too fast, "I love you and I want to be with you and I want to be able to call you mine and I want to hug you until we fall asleep at night and see you every minute of everyday and most importantly I trust you and I want you to promise you will never break my trust for you" I said a little slower,

"Sophie" He paused, my heart began to beat faster, "I love you too" He placed his soft, warm hand on my cheek, "I'm so happy, I promise I will NEVER break your... OUR trust." I smiled and looked straight into his eyes. He started to lean in, but me being me, I like to play hard to get, so I put my finger on his lips and slowly pushed him away,

"Nuh uh, not yet mister" I smiled and removed my finger from his lips,

"Really? I was in the zone" He folded his arms and frowned,

"Maybe later" I winked and walked away. I searched for Nichole in the lunch hall when the bell rang for next lesson I sighed and began to walk to my lesson. I arrived at my lesson and sat down in my seat next to Jonah. He placed his warm hand on my knee, I smiled and looked at him. 

The lesson finally ended, after, what felt like forever. Me and Jonah left the room with our fingers intertwined. We weren't exactly 'official' yet but I didn't mind. He seems to have a habit of pulling me into empty rooms because that's exactly what he did, again. Once we were in the room he pushed me up against the wall, so I couldn't escape. He kissed my neck and whispered, "I'm sorry I couldn't wait until 'later'" right in my ear. His warm breath on my neck sent shivers all around my body. He moved his head so he was facing me and kissed me softly on the lips, I don't know how long we kissed for but it felt like ages. We finally pulled away when the bell rang. He took my hand and we ran out, fast, before a teacher caught us.

It was now the end of school I had already walked home and I was sat on my bed eating ice cream, wearing shorts and an oversized hoodie. I was in my zone when I heard I knock at my window. I looked over to see a very handsome looking Jonah stood there. I let him in and we talked for a little bit. "Sophie I need to ask you something" He asked while looking into my eyes,

"Of course" I said with a slight smile,

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He said while smiling, I thought for a moment...

Hope you guys like this chapter, also sorry for any mistakes. I decided to change the ending of this chapter because I felt as though I was moving things between Sophie and Jonah a little too fast.
