Chapter 24

*To The Last Show*

Lisa's POV
We are currently warming up for the show and everything getting ready to go on! We did our normal praying circle and all of that stuff and we are waiting to go on stage, I am so sad that this is the last show, but I'm also glad to be going home to Charles, and Jessie. I know it's gonna suck not going home to Colton which he was supposed to be here but after our break up I don't think he will be coming which is fine, I don't think I can handle seeing him right now, so it was time, we started off with hearts on fire as we took turns going on stage and we ended that song and I was looking around and little did I know, I spotted him, his Mom and niece was there too, I can't believe he still came so while Lauren was talking to the audience I walked over to Christina and whispered in her ear
"Colton's here" I said and she looked over and her eyes got wide
"Just pretend he's a fan, don't let it get to you right now" She said and we started performing the rest our songs and we ended with Renegade and then after the show we started the meet and greet and then Presley came up to me
"Lisa" She said as she hugged me and I smiled
"Hey Hun, did you like the show!" I said smiling and she nodded and his mom came up
"Nice show!" She said and I smiled
"Thanks for coming!" I said because I really do appreciate them coming and she spoked up
"I'm sorry about you and Colton" She said and I nodded and smiled
"It's okay" I said and she spoked up
"Okay Presley let's get a picture with all of them and let's get going they're pretty busy" She said and we all posed for a picture and she smiled and we all said bye to them and then Colton came up
"Lisa can we talk?" He said and I looked at him
"Um I'm kinda in middle of something right now" I said and he looked at me
"It's won't take a long, please" He said and I took a breath annoyed
"Colton, this is the fans time, let them have their moment, we can talk later!" I said and he took a breath and walked out and we just continued meeting our fans and taking pictures and everything else and after a while we just got done and I took a breath and my mom came up to me
"Just to let you know, I think you handled that with Colton very well, but before we leave you do need to go talk to him" She said and I took a breath
"Alright" I said as I took a drink of my water and walked over and found Colton and his mom talking and they noticed me and she spoked up
"Well I think I'll leave you two alone" She said and her Presley walked away and I smiled and it was just us two
"So tell me, what do you wanna talk about?" I asked and he gave me a look
"I want the truth" He said and I looked at him
"Truth about what?" I asked and he spoked up
"The truth of why you broke up with me" He said and I took a breath
"I told you. I just" I started to say and he cut me off
"Don't say you don't have feelings for me, because I know that is a lie" He said and I looked at him
"How do you know?" I asked and he looked at me
"I believed you at first honestly, but then I got to thinking all of those times we cuddled and I will rub your back until you fall asleep, our dates, and especially when we kissed, I came to a realization of you not having feelings for me is actually not true, because if you didn't,  you wouldn't have let me do any of that stuff" He said and I took a breath and looked down
"So Lisa, please, tell me the truth? Did you get scared?" He asked and I took a breath
"I was, but that was not the only thing" I said and he looked at me
"Then what is it?" He said and I took a breath
"I know your parents said they don't need you, but they do. They just don't want to be the reason why you would leave the place where you are happy at" I said and he took a breath
"And they didn't want me to leave you" He admitted and I nodded
"So I knew the only thing that would get you to come back to Jersey was to break up with you" I admitted and he took a breath
"Why didn't you just tell me that to begin with?" He said and I took a breath
"Because I knew you would try assure it will be okay when I know you want to be there with your parents" I said and he looked at me and I walked up to him and placed the promise ring in his hand and closed it
"You caught me, I have never loved anyone like I love you, you make me feel something like no else has, but please, stay here, your family needs you, don't let me keep you from that" I said and I took a breath and I looked up at him
"I'm sorry" I said and I walked away and walked back to where my sisters and mom was
"Hey you okay?" My mom asked me putting her arms around me and my sisters were looking at me with sympathy
"Can we just go home?" I asked and my mom nodded
"Of course" She said and we got in the van and drove to the airport because we luckily got a late flight. 

Christina's POV
I can't help but keep looking at Lisa while we were driving, She hasn't took her eyes off the window, I dont know what happened with her and colton after the meet and greet, but I know she absolutely loved him, but she did what she thought was best, she is strong enough to get through this. She always have been strong, sometimes too strong for her own good.
