Harry

This is insane. I have no idea what to do, I mean we cant chase them, they'll kill us. They took her though. He took her.

"You alright?" Max asked, wiping dirt from my back. He looked terrified and if I'm being honest, I'm pretty sure he pissed his pants. His gun had been taken from him, and tossed somewhere, he'll probably never find it. He stood there waiting for my answer. I wasn't alright though, my side was killing me and I was missing someone who I wanted to keep safe.

"No." I groaned.

"This is insane. I thought Richmond didn't take people back?" Toby said in utter fear. He was one of my close friends who I traveled with, along with Cayden. Toby, Cayden, Max, and I weren't the only two that had been scared shitless though. Everyone inside the factory had been perturbed by Richmond's capricious behavior. Toby was right, what made him come back for Echo? Why her?

"We have to go save her." I demanded, holding my side carefully. The impact of that gun had caused a great deal of pain.

"No! We won't make it. We'd be dead the second those tower guards spot us." Max panicked. He ran his fingers through his hair. Something I'm assuming he did when he was nervous, because I did the exact same thing. I squeezed my side to ease some pain as I walked past them. People were already moving back to their areas, some shaking in fear, some acting as if it was nothing, or they were just in shock.

"George!" Max's voice yelled through the factory. I turned to see the old man looking around in confusion. Where the hell was he? He disappeared and now he's back? "George where have you been?" Max questioned.

"What happened here?" The old man asked. He was holding a water canteen and a basket, it was covered so I couldn't see what was inside. I don't understand how he could have just disappeared, I mean he couldn't have traveled too far off.

"Richmond and his men took Echo." Max said getting straight to the point. George's eyes grew wide and he had dropped both the canteen and basket. The contents in the basket spilling out. Berries spilling out, rolling past our feet. Fucking berries, I hate them. My patience is growing thin now and with each minute passing as he stays quiet, I feel like yelling at his old ass.

"How? When?" He stuttered.

"About twenty minutes ago." Cayden answered. The old man walked over to a wooden chair placed off to the side. He sat down and placed his hands on his knees, he looked fine though. He looked completely fine, unlike most of the people in here. I don't have time for this, I have to go get her.

"Cayden, Toby. I'm going to need your help." I said quietly as I turned to the two. They nodded.

"We have to go help her. We need a plan though." I pulled both of them over to the stair case, leaving Max and George behind. Max can try and comfort his old ass, but I for sure am not going to sit around. I don't even feel like I can trust George. He's acting strange.

"C'mon." I mumbled as I walked up the steps. Both Cayden and Toby following behind.

"So what's the plan?" Cayden asked.

"Shit, I don't know. Max is right, we won't make it past those damn tower guards." I panicked. What if we couldn't think of something? What if we couldn't get her back?
