Queen's POV Chapter 16

'I can't believe I'm being babysat by Deadly! He's the most childish of them all!' I thought

"Hey magical girl! Why so glum?" Deadly said mockingly

"My name is Queen! I can't believe I got stuck with you!" I said angrily

"Why? Would you rather be with Shinu?" Deadly asked

I was caught off guard.

"W-what!" I stuttered blushing

"You really do like him!" Deadly said laughing

"NO I don't! He's the enemy! And so are you!" I said

"Yeah, but you still do!" Deadly said

"At least they are certain of who I am!" I said

"What do you mean?" asked Deadly

"Please! I heard about how you joined there side! You just said "I'm on your side because Seika's there!" I said

"And?" asked Deadly

"And? They don't really know if your on there side! If Seika's changes, you will too!" I said

"So what? I'll go wherever she goes!" Deadly said continuing to walk

"You know she doesn't care that you like her,right? She'll probably reject you if you told her! She doesn't she you like and will never!" I said

Next thing I know, I'm slammed against a wall.

"Seika cares! She knows! And she is actually nice unlike someone! I'm fine if she rejects me! At least I can handle that! Unlike you who thinks Shinu will love you!" Deadly yelled

I could feel my tears trickle down.

I try to say something back.

But couldn't find the words to say anything.

"Queen!" yelled out a voice

I turn to see Seika running over here with Shinu behind her.

"Queen! What's the matter?" Seika asked

"Deadly, what did you say?" Shinu asked

"She just pissed me off..." Deadly said quietly

"Why are you here?" I asked

"I felt something unsettling, and came here." Seika said

I saw Shinu looking at us.

I wipe my tears away.

I push Seika out of the way and try to walk away from them.

"Just let her go." I heard Deadly say

"Deadly! She's our friend!" Seika said
