The biggest opportunity upon opportunities was on the phone with Stephanie right now. John would flip once he heard about who she was on the phone with and what they wanted. Gracey was a VERY well known name in Southern California, the family had billions wrapped up in stocks and companies, and more.

The original family lived on a property that contained not only its own town but one of the biggest mansions in the west coast entirely. The man who lived there wanted to sell, and the Mansion worth was at least $250,000,000 and with her take home of 12% she, the Evers, and the other agents involved were going to be rich. Maybe with so much money involved John would see that his family was taken care of and he would choose to be with Stephanie, or at least those were the thoughts crossing her mind.

"Just to clarify.... 5679 Old London Road, Moreno Valley, California?" She wrote down the address on a note pad.

"Yes." Answered a raspy old mans voice. There was a pause. "Would it be possible for you to come alone to discuss the situation?"

"My partner John Evers and I usually work as a team." She clarified.

"It is a very old home Ms. Ruiz, and the master does not take visitors. However, from your photograph he thought you to have a trustworthy face. About your partner, he thought differently."

"Oh. You got our flyer."

"The master had wish to see you tomorrow evening."

"I have an empty slot for tomorrow evening. Between 2 to 5, how would that work for you?"

"That would be perfect. See you tomorrow Ms. Ruiz, alone." The raspy voice hung up first.

Still in her bra and undies she looked down at the pad of paper and smiled. This opportunity would be a game changer for not only her career but for her love life and she was excited.

John Evers rang the door bell to the front of his triple story house. He was late for dinner and that was his fault. He spent too much time... inside... with Stephanie, and she was always on his mind, sometimes that wasn't a good thing. She had taken up so much of his mind lately that he forgot what today was. His wife hadn't just called to set up a dinner with him just to spend time with him. It was his anniversary!

He had to stop by the mall to pick up a gift for his wife. He went to the nearest store that sold anything with a diamond on it and he bought a necklace that had a circle pendent with diamonds encased all around it. It would look lovely around the small of his wife's neck. After he picked out the perfect gift, a beautiful petite silver watch with sapphires by each number stuck out to him. It wasn't something his wife would wear but he could definitely see Stephanie wearing it and plus maybe a gift would get her to see what she meant to him. So he bought that too and left it in the trunk of the car.

He also had bought a bear and put it in front of his face. It was nearly 10 pm and his wife was going to be upset with him.

The door swung open and he couldn't see her but he could feel the irritation from his wife lingering in the air.

"Hi Sarah!" John said in his teddy bear voice. "My names Teddy, and your husband told me that he loves you very much, but sometimes he looses track of time." He moved the bear from his face and peered up at his wife cautiously before giving her a loving smile. "I'm sorry I'm late baby. Happy Anniversary."
