JIMIN'S POV

I would be lying if I said Jungkook's sudden exit didn't hurt me. During my silent walk back to the dorm buildings, I stared at my feet and began to overthink everything. Was I too up front? Was it too uncomfortable? Did I say something wrong? The most glaring question that infiltrated my thoughts was why did he faint?  As I racked my brain for answers, I didn't notice my dorm door in front of me until I nearly slammed into it. Feeling too lazy to open the door with my key, I knocked, hoping Hoseok was awake and would answer. After waiting for a couple of seconds, he opened the door, a Pepero Stick hanging out of the corner of his mouth. I must have looked pretty bad because Hobi grabbed my wrist and dragged me into the room, ignoring my complaints. He sat me on the sofa next to him, a bag of Pepero sitting on the table next to him. He took two from it, handing me one. After eating mine, I reached for another one, but Hobi pulled the bag away with a smirk.

"Ah, ah, ah, nope Jiminie. Spill what happened, then I'll give you more." I groaned and pouted.

"You know those things are addictive!" My complaint only made Hoseok grin wider.

"Exactly, my dear Jiminie. Now you have to tell me what happened so you can have the sweets you're now craving. You can't be the only smart one!" I narrowed my eyes at Hobi, who laughed cheekily.

"Spit it out Jimin-ah." I sighed. There was no use arguing with him about these things.

"I came into the bathroom after Jungkookie did because I wanted to clean up my face and stuff. I complimented him because he did so so so amazing during rehearsal. It was such a dumb move; we've never really talked before, I don't know what I was thinking. Oh my god I'm so dumb." I buried my face in my hands with a sigh.

"And?" Hoseok gently prodded me, waiting for me to continue. I brought my face out of my hands, pouting at Hoseok. I complied anyway.

"He sort of fainted." I twiddled my thumbs while telling Hobi that. I then looked up to see a wide-eyed Hobi.

"What?" Hobi asked quietly, panic tinging his voice.

"Yeah, he blacked out. It was weird. And concerning. I hope he's alright now. He may be sick. We haven't talked before this, so I'm not exactly sure what's going on or if he's alright." Hobi took in a deep breath, something baffling written on his face. Concern? Fear? Confusion? Maybe a combination of the three.

"I need to talk with Yoongi hyung. Get some sleep Jiminie." He handed me the bag of Pepero, forcing it into my slack hand. Hobi gave me one last smile. He then turned off the lights and went outside to talk with Yoongi.

I was stuck in the dark, both figuratively and literally.
