summer. the warm summer nights with the heat filled breezes made it the best time for the gang. they were able to sneak out of the house late at night and do all the crazy shit we aspire to do. they became the edgy teenagers we all long to be.

"hey, let's play truth or dare." gordie said, sitting in his pajamas eating ice cream.

"seems legit." Y/N said with her onesie on, eating ice cream as well. all of the gang were in their pajamas and eating their own ice cream that they bought from a twenty-four-hour gas n sip.

"ok, chris, truth or dare." gordie said.

"uuhhhhhhh, dare," he said, finally making up his mind.

"lIck mY BoI tEdDy!" before teddy could protest, chris leaned over and licked teddy's cheek.

"THIS IS TOO SINFUL FOR MY VIRGIN CHEEK!" teddy yelled throwing his spoon at chris.

"VERN TRUTH OR DARE!" chris yelled trying to drown out teddy's yells.

"uh, uh, dare," he said on impulse.

"i dare you to ..." chris trailed off, thinking. "go slap that girl's ass."

"uM, tHAt's HiGHlY oFfenSIVe!" Y/N yelled while laughing. "do it."

nervously, vern climbed down the treehouse, while the rest looked out the window. he walked up to the girl's back and politely slapped her ass. he troy bolted outta there like a sonic ass as he ran back to the treehouse. the four who remained in the treehouse were laughing their asses off.

"teddy truth or dare?" vern sulked.

"DARE MY GOOD FELLOW!"

"JUMP OFF THE TREEHOUSE!" Y/N yelled stupidly.

"CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!" he climbed on top of the treehouse, "TAKE NO PRISONERS!" after that a couple of thuds were heard and scrambles. none of them were quite sure what happened to teddy, but he came back all right. "Y/N, truth or dare?"

"DARE ME PUSSY!"

"i dare you to run down the street naked."

"no you perv! you just wanna see me naked."

"... and?"

"AND NO!" there was a silence for a second. "let's compromise. let's go skinny dipping!"

"sounds good." the excitement in the boys' voices were evident as they clambered down the steps.

there was a half moon out, meaning the boys didn't get a good view of her as she quickly changed and jumped into the river. and being the wimps they all were, they left their underwear on to swim.

somehow, teddy forgot that the girl was only in her underwear, and they managed to have a fantastic time, yelling and fighting. it was a fond memory they constantly looked back on now that the spell of aging has turned into a curse. but they would never forget those summer ... NIGHTS!!!! (if you get this i love you)
