Missing Him

Adrienne was bored out of her fucking mind, Pete had fucked off to England earlier this week and while they did talk on WhatsApp it wasn't the same and while she would deny it to ANYONE who asked she was starting to miss that British asshole.

Sighing Adrienne tried to distract herself by playing Overwatch since she had a few hours  before she had to get ready. Right now she was in San Diego and Liv suggested that the two of them spend the afternoon exploring the city.

“Oh my god! Stay! On! The payload!” She hissed out when she noticed her team left her ass alone on the payload. “I am a very small frog man!” She murmured. Being a Lucio main was sometimes a curse especially when your whole team leaves you alone on the payload, like can't one tank stay to protect her?!

Of course her team lost and she had to exit out the game, it was for her own good. She instead loaded up one of the many horror games she owned. As she waited she felt her phone buzz, thinking it was Pete she quickly picked it up only to be slightly disappointed when it was a text from Liv telling her that they would be joined by some other wrestlers today. Curious she texted Liv asking who, while waiting she turned her attention back to her laptop when she heard the music from the FNAF 2 loading screen, she was gonna try to beat the game on that 20 20 20 20 shit. Liv messaged her just as her game loaded and she quickly read the text and scrunched up her nose when she saw that Tony Nese was gonna be one of the wrestlers joining them. While she had no issues with him, he flirted with her way too much if you asked her. She sent Liv a text telling her that was chill with her before focusing all her attention on the game.

For the next two hours Adrienne spent her time cursing at the fictional animatronics. “I hate this game with every fiber of my body.” She murmured to herself as she closed out the game, she was nowhere near completing that challenge but she had to get dress and met Liv in the lobby. While changing into a pair of shorts and a top she heard her phone buzz again, this time telling her it was a facetime call. Thinking it's Liv she rolled her eyes and grabbed it about to yell at her her that she was getting ready and that she's gon wait for her ass to finish but stopped when she saw Pete's nickname. Quickly she answered it, trying hard not to smile when she saw his face.

“Good evening Love.” Pete greeted her, he was laying in a bed with his hair tied back, she had to admit that he looked good like that.

“Hey.” She greeted back as she settled down on her bed. Pete was quiet for a minute as he glanced over her, he could tell that she was getting ready to go somewhere. Liv’s idea probably.

“I take it Liv is dragging you somewhere?” He asked her and Adrienne nodded.

“Yeah, we are going to hang out for a bit with some of the guys from 205.” She informed him as she made herself comfortable, settling with laying on her stomach.

“Who?”

“Uhh, Cedric, Tony and I think she said someone else but I wasn't paying attention really.” She said with a shrug. Pete lip curled up into his signature snarl when she mentioned Tony, he knew that Tony had a thing for his Adrienne and the fact that she would be around him while he's across the pond did not sit well with him.

“Pete are you listening?” Adrienne voice broke him out of his thoughts.

“I asked when are you coming back to the states?” That caused him to smirk.

“In a week, why do you miss daddy love?” He asked cockily. Adrienne rolled her eyes but she couldn't hide the smile on her face.

“Boy, please...I'm just wondering.” She told him but they both knew she was lying. She was a little disappointed that she wouldn't be able to see him for another week but she wasn't going to tell him that, he had a big enough ego already.
