The truth

"I never really knew that she could dance like this" I swayed my hips to the beat,dancing next to a handsome man,but not as handsome as joe I thought.

I've had a crush on joe for years,he's also one of my best-friends,but I don't think he likes me,and I feel like if I tell him I'll just be embarrassed.

After the song finishes,another one comes on,I find joe at the bar staring at me,my slightly tipsy self wonders over there.

"You looked good dancing there" joe said.

I blushed "come join me then" I didn't wait for his reply I pulled him on the dance floor. We started to dance together. After a few song, I getting pretty hot.

"I need to go get some air" I told joe.

"I'll join" we slid through the crowd and moved outside.

Joe broke the silence. " Amy I've been meaning to tell you something for a while."

"Joe,you can tell me" I suddenly become nervous.

"I...I like Y...ou" he paused. " I've liked you forever, I thought you didn't,your so beautiful,caring and the most funniest person I know" I was already in tears laughing.

"Hey,hey don't cry, ugh forget what I.."
I just shut
him up by pressing my lips to his,he was frozen for a few moments before he responded and kissed me back,I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer, his hands circled my waist, we kissed for what felt like ages before I pulled away.

"Wow... that was the best kiss I've ever had" joe said with the biggest grin on his face.

"Y...eah it was,ummm... I've liked you for ages" 

"Good because I like you to" and we kissed again
