~Sans Pov
I sighed when I saw (Y/n) asleep. I almost lashed out on her. I need to be more careful, I don't want her to get hurt due to my anger problems. I teleported to my room, laying her down on my bed. Being careful to make sure she stays asleep, I lay down next to her and drift off to sleep.
~(Y/n) Pov
I open my eyes to see nothing but darkness, where am I?
"In your mind silly," I looked around, finding no one.
"Who are you? Why am I here?" A child walked into view, she had blood red eyes.
"Howdy, I'm Chara," she had this weird, no, insane smile, "I'm here for your power!"
"Why?" She laughed like a maniac.
"Duh, so I can destroy this stupid world!" Okay, this girl is crazy!
"You're never going to get my power... I won't let you," she wasn't faltered by my determination.
"You say that now, (Y/n), but I'm stronger, and when I do get your power, I know the first monster to kill," an image of Sans appeared, my eyes burned with (F/c), my scythe in hand.
"I will make sure you lose, you will not kill anyone!" She lunged after me, a knife in hand. I used my scythe to block her attack, I then slashed the end at her. I had gotten her right arm, pure shock on her face. Her crooked smile returned.
"You are strong, Sans won't be able to defeat me in your body!" She laughed and jumped after me.
I woke up with a jolt. Cold sweat running down my face as I scan the room for Chara.
"Sweetheart, you alright?" I jumped at the sound of his voice. I felt my eyes burn, meaning they were glowing. Sans had red luminescent tears in his eye socket.
"It.... was just a nightmare," I lied.
~Sans Pov
Bullshit, she only has nightmares if she's alone. I wasn't going to take that for an answer.
"No, it wasn't, tell me the truth," she lowered her head and told me everything, Chara is back and striking for her because of the scythe she is able to wield.
"Sans, I'm scared, what i-"
"(Y/n), you are really strong, you were able to land a hit on her, you won't fall to her control, I promise," she had a tear running down her cheek, I used my thumb to wipe it away.
"Thanks Red," she hugged me, hiding her pinkish cheeks, I felt my cheekbones heat up as well. I hugged her back, rubbing circles in her back.
