Chapter 13-Out of the Blue

What, don’t you appreciate me saving you what is it, 3 times now?". This made me blush. "Well yes, but it just seems a little odd considering i never am usually in those types of situations but when i am, you are always there. And i just don’t think-" I was cut off by his soft lips pressing gently against mine. Tingles spread throughout my whole body but stopped when he pulled away. "You know when you babble like that it’s just the cutest thing?"***

"I have to get home." I said grabbing my sheet, my heart still raceing from the kiss. I mean yea, I liked it and it made me feel all fuzzy inside but I just dont know how to feel about it. "Ok, ill walk you home." Caspian said while grabbing his sheet and bag. "If you insist." I said with a huff.

We walked in silence for a while untill I hear him speak up. "Im sorry for kissing you if it made you feel uncomfortable. It was rash and I dont know where it came from." He said. What do I say to that? 'oh its ok, its not like i think your crazy or anything'. "Oh." was all I could think of. "Espeshally now when-"He abruptly stopped talking and walking. He then looked ahead and glared. I looked in the same direction but didnt see anyting. I was about to ask what he was glareing a,t but my queshtion was soon awnserd by three dark figures ahead of us.

"Lets go." was all Caspian said before he slipped his firm arm around my waist protectivly and walked faster.I would have objected but I had a really bad feeling that the now nearing figures, werent very safe. As we got closer to them, to my dismay, I saw it was the three stooges, Gabriel and his two other friends that I have yet to learn the names of. As we past them I saw Gabriel and Caspain extange the coldest, most intimidateing stares ever.

Then I felt someone reach into my back pocket,and before I could even do anything they took my sheet of queshtions. I spun around like Caspian at the same time and I saw Gabreil reading it. "Give that back!" I said annoyed and tried to reach for it but Caspain held me back and said, "You heard the lady, give it back." Gabriel just chuckled and read some of it out loud. " 'Number 14,whats your biggest fear? nothing.' HA I beg to differ Caspian" He said chucking it at me. I clumsly caught it and glared at him. Caspian snarled. Wait what? Dont only dogs do that? Oui vey, this kid is a real loony bid if he thinks hes a dog. "Get out of my sight." Caspian said feircely, which made Gabreil darkly chuckle. "Oh I will," then he looked me dead in the eye and said "But ill be back." And his little followers and him walked off.

Once they were out of sight Caspian turned to me and sighed. "I'm so sorry you had to see me like that Alexandrea." The way he said my full name made the butterflys awake in my stomach. I put my hand on his shoulder and said "Its ok. I was just worried it would have turned into a fight or somthing. Or you could have gotten hurt." I quickly looked away as I realized what I said in the last part of that sentence and blushed.

We continued walking in silence, but this was a different silence. It seemed more nautral and less akweird. We finally got the porch of my steps and as ushual, there was no one home. So I puleed out the key from my shoe (yes my shoe) and put it in the old looking lock. Before I could turn the handle I felt Caspians warm hands cover mine on the door handle. He slowly spun me around so I was faceing him.

My heart stopped as we just looked at eachother. He went in for a kiss but before he could reach my lips I whisperd "No, please."  but he seemed to have heard me and stopped. "Whats the matter Alex?" he said keeping the same closeness, careing filled his deep emerald eyes. "I want awnsers first." I said softly, yet dilibritly. His hand caressed my cheek as he said "Soon my darling, soon." and with that he walked out into the sea of street lamps untill I could see him no more.
