100 Letters //Phan

Part 2-

(Dan)

Dan walked into school. It had been a week since he found the diary. He left it where it could found, but was still hidden.

He recently discovered Phillip Lester was in his grade. He had lots of friends and was very bright.

But from what the diary said. He was a whole different person.

During lunch he saw him. He could see the bright blue diary sticking out of his bag. Dan had written a letter inside at the back. Hoping Phil would find it and do what it says.

He wanted to get to know Phil. Not the mental state Phil. But Phil's personality.

He watched as Phil laughed. As he smiled. Dan knew it was all fake. Dan felt bad. He wanted to go and hug him and tell him it will get better.

But he couldn't. He didn't want to embarrass the boy or look stalkerish. It just wasn't him.

(Phil)

Phil couldn't believe he left his diary at the park. He can't believe Dan Howell found it, and read it.

And left him a letter. The letter told him specifically to meet Dan at the park tonight.

Phil didn't want too, he knew Dan knew everything and he hated it. He knew Dan knew he was gay and he had depression.

But he got over himself. He got over the pain. He got over the feeling in his stomach that was telling him don't go.

So he did.

(Dan)

The sky was a light pink and blue. The colors bouncing onto the trees and into the parks lake.

He awaited for Phil's arrival. He already knew what he was gonna say.

He heard the sounds of foot steps as he looked up, seeing Phil.

He looked amazing. He was amazing. The way his skin enhanced the beautiful sky. His eyes were as pretty as the ocean and his hair in the perfect style.

Dan couldn't help but give a small smile.

"Dan? I'm sorry you had to read that. I'm so sorry." Phil spit out before dan could say hello.

"Phil it's fine, I understand what your going through. Please take a seat." Dan patted on the bench signaling for Phil to take a seat. "I'm sorry I read it, I shouldn't have but curiosity kills."

"It's fine. Just promise you won't tell anyone?" Phil said, sadness trembling in his voice. "I promise, but can I share a secret too?" Dan said leaning towards the boy.

Dan leaned into the boys ear and whispered
"I'm gay too."
