Introduction

"To the person who loved me whole and accepted me for who I am today,

all I can say is thank you and I love you for pulling me from my death."

To you my love:

You were the most unexpected thing that happened to me

Struggling from repeated brokenness and unsatisfied accomplishments

You were there to light my seemingly and obvious gloomy day

Awkwardness turned into long and deep conversations at night

Turned into friendship that everybody seems to always misunderstand

For our friendship is not just about talks and walks and promises kept

Ours is mustered with unconditional love and pure understanding

The crowd always thought we're just  fools to even start

But you know, love acts differently and in the most craziest ways

Love isn't just about labels and cute stuffs and flowers

Love is how I see your eyes glow in the middle of the night just to talk even though you're sleep deprived

Love is how you wait 5-10 hours a week sometimes more than that just to see me and make me smile

Love is how you prevent yourself from punching my face from biting deep into your arms and numbing you in the process

Love is how you put effort into starving yourself just to eat with me and not disappoint me

Words aren't enough to sum it all up, but a few thing's for sure

God loves you, your friends loves you, your family loves you, and you're doing just fine

You don't have to feel sorry about yourself ever again just because you can only give a few

Remember that you're special and that you matter
