Logan's POV
I've never dropped my things so fast and ran in my life. What the hell was happening. I kept hearing Chloe's cry closer and closer. I'm panting so hard and i reached her door. Luckily, the door was unlocked and i bursted in without even knocking. "WHAT THE HELL" Austin was throwing punches at Chloe. Her face was bleeding and that's all I saw before yelling and punching Austin pulling Chloe away from him.
Chloe's POV
I felt someone push me away but all I could do is let my weak body fall. I tried opening my eyes to see what happening but everything was a blur. I fell asleep. I woke up quicker then expected by the sound of crying. I tried getting up up there was a weight against my stomach. I moved my head up and i saw the moppy blond hair. The moppy blond hair I love playing with. Logan. i was trying to pick up what he was saying threw his tears. "Don't leave me Chloe. Please please dont leave me" Over and over. my eyes started to water which hurt because of the black eye I had. I ran my hands threw his hair and said "I won't leave you ever again." He looked up in shook with a wide smile on his face.
Logan's POV
M y heart was beating so fast. I honestly don't know what I would've done if I lost Chloe and to hear her voice again, i couldn't help but smile. I didn't know what to do so I got up and hugged her. Not too tight because i know she's hurting.
Chloe's POV
L- "Omg I don't know where to start. Are you okay? Wait of course not. do you need ice? Bandages? What hurts? Are you bleeding any where? do you need to go to the hospital?
I couldn't help but laugh at his rapid fire question. He stopped with the look of confusion. I stared at him and smiled
C- "What would I've done without you" as i started to tear up.
No words were exchanged. It was just us two. On the floor. Hugging. And that's all I needed right now.
L- "But like are you sure nothing hurts?"
C- "you know what, i think i have a couple cuts on my arm and dry blood in my hair so I'm going to go take a shower."
L- "oh god Chloe. You go do that I'll make some popcorn and set up a movie. Sound's good?"
C- "Perfect."
I swear Logan always has a way of cheering me up. i honestly had the worst day today and I'm still hurting a lot but I just want to be with Logan. Is this what true love feels like?
Logan's POV
I'm a little confused right now. Chloe just went through a breakup and abuse and now she's all over me. But honestly, I don't mind. As long as she's happy then I'm okay. And to be really honest, I think after today I really really like Chloe Bennet.
Chloe's POV
Am I moving too quickly? I can't help it. I just want to be with Logan. I truly do like him. He makes me feel safe when I'm with him and after what he has just done for me I don't see how anyone can't like him.
I walked out of the shower and we both stared at each other and randomly started bursting out of laughter. What is with us.
C- "popcorn smells good" as i walk towards the kitchen counter"
L- "I'm a chef Bennet what can I say"
C- "wow microwaving a popcorn bag. True talent." he looked down smiling from embarrassment
L- "Quake me Chloe?"
C- "ha don't try"
I walked to the couch and sat there.
C- "Hey how'd you know this is my favourite movie"
L- "I know my girls, Chlo"
Something about that made me blush.
Logans POV
I sat down not to far from her. It was getting kinda cold.
L- "Hey chlo, do you have another blanket I can use?"
She signalled for me to come sit beside her so I did. We were really close. I had my arm around her and she had her head on my shoulder.
L- "Chloe-"
