Chapter 1
The Preparations
Alia and Alec were supposed to get married the next day. Alia was with her best friend at her place. And she was sure Alec was off to somewhere with his brothers.
Ever since they announced the date of their wedding to the family, Alia had grown closer to everyone. She now, actually felt at home with everyone. Well, almost everyone. She pretty much hated Alec's favourite aunt and she was sure that the feelings were mutual.
She felt like the media was watching her every move. It was difficult to even breathe without the fear of being judged.
They had announced the date for their wedding to the media. And to say that the reporters had a field day would be an understatement.
Alia had not returned to work after that day and was completely dedicated to making her wedding the dream. So far, each and every detail seemed to turning out exactly how she wanted it. Alia was delighted to say the least.
But of course, how can everything go perfectly right?
