I woke up at about 6 in the morning and took a shower. Based on the note given to me Pyro will come at exactly 7 am. I looked around in my room and checked everything. The room was like a normal room that has cream colored walls and a hint of gold. I sat on the bed again and looked at the requirements given.
"Let's see." I opened the list and saw this:
Requirements for New Students
-Book of After-Life Academy's History
-An item that is destined for you
-The Book of Demons
-The Book of Rules
-Teleportation gem
-The Book of Different Souls
-The Zodiac Signs' Book of Commands
I closed the list and double checked my things if I'm already good to go. I heard the knocking in the door and opened it.
"Good morning Milady." Pyro greeted me with a slight smile.
"You don't have to be so formal you know. Please do call me Ivy instead." I said with an amused face. I noticed that most of them always calls me milady and if not, uses my last name.
"You're too kind. Yet forgive me if I can't obey your order for it is our duty to serve you." He smiled
"Shall we get going? We'll first eat breakfast in the Hall of Bountiful Harvest."
We walked towards the place he was talking about and I saw a tremendous amount of foods that are placed in the middle.
People from the school and villages gather here to get ingredients and mix it with whatever they what.
"Go ahead milady the bountiful harvest is a place where you can eat until you're satisfied. You can get the food you want then take in home or eat it here. I'll wait for you in the silver floating tables in that area." Pyro said and showed me the place.
I nodded in response and started to get some food. I only got food that my stomach can eat. In surprise, they have normal people food. They however, do not have meat or anything that is processed. They have tons of fruits and vegetables. They even have species and ingredients like sugarcanes and cocoa. I returned back to where Pyro said he will wait for me at. I placed the food I got on the table and sat on the chair.
"Hold on tight Milady. This can be scary at first." I panicked when the chair and table suddenly started to move.
They were moving upward with nothing pushing it upward. I held on the chair tightly in hopes that I don't fall down. The chairs and table stopped going upward.
I was amazed by how beautiful the view was up there. I saw trees blooming with different kinds of flowers. The vines were gently holding the chairs and tables to keep them still.
"You may now eat Milady." I looked at him with a smiling face. The nature in this place is too beautiful for me not to smile.
He flustered a little and cleared his throat which made me realize that I was making things awkward.
"Are you not going to eat?" I asked him since I saw that he did not bring any food.
"I already finished eating earlier." He responded and looked at my list of requirements.
I finished eating. The tables and chairs gently went down and releases us from our seat. "So where do we go first?" I asked him.
"Middle Elfen Street. It is where all the books can be seen." He said and started walking. I followed him and looked at the surroundings while on the way.
