The boys and I

Chapter Five - School Part Two

We sit in the rest of class laughing and joking around we were split into twos and guess who I got the one the only calfrozen. I know it not that bad though. Vik and I par ways with the boys again and head back to the office and we hand in my papers again and exit and then head out for the rest of break to go meet the rest of the guys.
"So any warnings before I approach the boys lair??" I ask Vik giggling
"No you will be fine trust me" he says taking a hold of my arm and pulling me towards the tree line of the school
"So this is where the bad boys hang?" I ask Vik as he still pulls me along
"Were not as bad as we're made out to be" Vik says smiling back at me
We make our way pass the hall to the back of it to a football ground with a group of boys near the goals and then another group at two large table pushed together Vik heads is that way and stops pulling on my arm, so I can walk at my own speed. The first thing I notice is I'm basically the only girl there but to be honest that doesn't bother me, as we head towards the boys on the table I can make out two of them Josh and Cal holding back a tall red haired kid with a flaming red face who appears to be shouting and throwing punches at a smaller chubbier boy who is stocky built who is being held back by a tall lanky blond and a dark skinned boy with hair that looks like it's been electric fried.  Vik then darts to run towards them to the smaller dark skinned boy and josh and Freezy as well as another dark haired boy. I then rush over and stand next to Freezy and see both boys break free from the other boys grips and start punching each other
"Um Cal shouldn't we do something?" I ask holding onto his arm looking up at him
"Well they won't listen and I'm not about to let you get in the middle of that" he says slinging his arm around my shoulder and pulling me closer. Just then Josh pulls out from behind me and starts shouting at them both as all the other boys try to pull them apart
"FOR FUCK SAKE YOU TWO STOP IT YOU FUCKS" Josh says pulling the red hairdos kid by his collar away from the shorter kid and pushing him down on the ground
"LISTEN HERE YOU FUCK, I WANT YOU GONE AND TO NEVER COME BACK ROUND HERE AGAIN UNDERSTOOD?" Josh says up in his face with anger and a stern look and let's the red head go and he walk away but not before looking at me and smirking and spitting on the ground. By now Cal is holding me back as I escaped his hold when Josh got into the mix of the fight.
"Ethan!!" Josh roars making me turn back to him and look to see who he is yelling at, turns out to be the short stubby boys who was the other partaker  in the fight
"Really again look at you, what was it this time?" Josh then softens and takes a hold of the boys face by now Cal has let me go
"Scarlette he's still angry stay away from him" I hear him call trying to get a hold of me again
"I'm fine Freezy" I say looking back at him
"Whatever but if you get hurt I will not be held responsible" he says laughing and watching me walk over to Josh as I get close to them Ethan stops and yells
"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU SKET" at me, making Josh yell at him
"Do not call her that"
"WELL WHAT FO YOU WANT TO FIGHT LOVE COME ON LET ME AT HER" Ethan says walking closer to me
Just then I'm pulled back by someone
"You will not touch her" I look up to see Freezy standing in front of me
"Fuck off giraffe" Ethan says anger lacing his voice
"Hey I thought he look like a giraffe too" I say pushing call aside and laughing
"What no way thought it was only me" Ethan says lightly less angry
"Scarlette stay away from him" Freezy says holding onto me again
"Cal fuck off okay he's not going to hit me" I say just then I'm pull away by Josh and look to see Ethan land a punch to Cals chest where my face had been not even a second ago
"What the fuck" Josh yells as the tall lanky boy hold Ethan to the ground again and the electrified boy sit atop of him
"Oi mate I don't know who you think you are throwing punches at where my face would of been but for one thing I have had enough of people abusing me in my life and I for one are fucking sick of it now you better shape up with an apology and a very fucking valid excuse for why the fuck you tried to him me but ended up hitting my friend/s" I say sitting down next to where is face is on the ground
"Why do you alway go back to him" Cal says holding his chest and coming next to me to sit down and pull me closer to him and away from Ethan
"Now ethan I believe your name is would you care to tell me why you beloved getting physical and not the good kind of physical with another male and then proceeding to abuse your friends and myself?" I say sitting next to Cal far enough for Cala comfort from Ethan but close Enright that he can hear and see me
"Because he said things about my mum" Ethan says as the boys still hold him down
"And why did he do that?" I say
"Because he doesn't like me because I'm gay and have a bigger following than him" he says closing his eyes
"And how did that make you feel?" I ask
"Mad and upset and hurt" he says struggling again the electric fried boy
"JJ you can get off him now" Josh says and then the bark skinned boy gets off him and sit next to the lanky blonde. I give them both a friendly smile which they return
"Okay so the first thing you thought was to punch him?" I asks again focusing back on Ethan
"Yes" he says sitting up but letting the blonde still have a hold of his arms
"And why is that?" I ask
"Because that the only way I can defend myself" he says looking at his feet
"Well looks like I need to teach you a few things friend" I say smiling and nodding my head at the blonde who lets got of his arms and I reach over and take Ethan's hand in mine and he smile at me
"Why would you want to be my friend I just tried to punch you" he says looking at our hands
"Because I believe that that's not you" I say smiling at him
"I don't understand?" He says pulling his hand away just then both Josh and Cal pull me back towards them and the blonde pulls Ethan back
"Let me go he wasn't going to do anything duck sake you numb bats, now you have upset him" I say pushing them off of me and siting back right in front of him
"Simon let him go" Vik says right behind me. The blonde then lets he go and walks behind me to I assume join Vik
"Look I believe in giving people chances, unless they both deserve them okay, and you deserve another chance I know you aren't going to hurt me I know just we're just pulling away and not planing an attact. I would like it if you let me be your friend Ethan we can work through this together" I say placing my hand in front of me as a peace offering
"I would like that too" he says smiling them laughing
"Omg now way that is your laugh" I say laughing properly too
"Wait listen to yours" he says laughing
"Oi don't make fun of me snorts" I say crying
"I can't believe you have a laugh like that" he says as we both settle down
I turn round to see all of the boys standing together laughing as well
"Well Scarlette I've got to say, Ethan's got some competition" Vik says making me giggle
"I've never seen him calm down so quickly I think I love you" the tall blonde says pulling me up from the ground and hugging me
"Oi she's mine" Vik says pulling me away from
"Sorry what's your name lover boy?" I say looking at the tall blonde
"Simon" he says laughing
"Oi OZ didn't know you would be here" a boy says from the back
"Oh fuck off you didn't you sold me this uniform Harold" I say flipping my hair over my shoulder
"Girls got sass boys" he says smirking at me
"Boy got no game I see" I say as he walks up to me
"Um you two know each other?" The dark skinned boy with a SnapBack on says
"Yeah..I guess" I say
"Oh sorry I'm Tobi, and I see you have met Harry" the boy, Tobi says
"Scarlette and nice to meet you" I say shaking his hand
"Anyway who the fuck are you" the other dark skinned boy with fucked hair says
"Scarlette and you are?" I say looking at him
"I'm JJ or Jide some even call me olajide" he says
"So boy with the fucked hair and fucked attitude is JJ, nice to meet you" I say smiling at him and walking over to Freezy who's laughing alone with the rest of the boys
"You have no idea who I am do you?" He says kind of hurt and angry at the same time
"No I don't should I?" I ask
"You know what don't worry about it" he says walking away
"I'll go see what's up with him" Simon says walking after him
"Nice to meet you Si" I say waving to him
"Girl you got game" Tobi says making me laugh
"And you have style my friend, matching hats with shoes, boy if I every see you full out fit I'll be snatching some weaves" I say making us both laugh
"Aww isn't she the cutest, oh my how tall are you?" He says while hugging me
"Um 5'2 " I say pulling away
"Omg Vik's finally taller than someone" Ethan says laughing making me giggle and Vik blush
"Anyway losers I out class start soon" Ethan says walking away
"Hey wait up Scarlette and I are in the same class as you" Vik says pulling on my arm
"Later losers" I say waving bye to everyone else
The rest of the day was spent hanging with the boys and getting to know all of them I have classes with each and every one of them mostly with Vik though. I have English with Vik, science with Vik Josh and Freezy then I have maths with Simon Ethan and Vik, geography with Vik, history with Harry, food technology with Tobi, film and photography with josh and the boy I meet at lunch Callux or lux and finally sport with Simon, Tobi, JJ and Harry. It's cool because we all get along and they have told and shown me all the ropes of the school what's in what's out where places are and who to avoid. We also all catch the same bus home it's great Josh lives three street over and the other all live in varied locations, to say the least I think I very much enjoyed the first day of school.
