I write
To capture your heart and soul
To push you up
And not below
To move you inside
Not push you aside
To fill your cup
Not empty it up
To make you whole,
That is my goal;
So as you listen
Know that these words
Are not to make me glisten
They are for you to take in
Pinning them in
Sticking words in
Your heart
For they don't bring hurt
Only impart
Pleasure for you and me
Me the writer,the author
But why,why write?
That is my plight
But as for tonight
I write.
