No more sparkle

Luke pov
Not having much drama between Leia and I is turning out to be the best thing that has happened to me so far. The boy band and I are coming out with a couple new songs. All though, I miss having that friendship with Leia. I just miss her in general. I still think of her, but I think we can live through this.

"So Luke you still thinking about your sweet heart, Leia." James said as he looked at me. A smirk plastered on his face.

"What, no." I said. I was thinking about her, a little, but that didn't mean anything.

"Ok buddy." James said before walking away. I looked down and smiled. I couldn't think of her like that. It was just wrong.

I could see Leia walk in. I wanted to ovaid her, but I wanted to talk to her. I missed her and I needed a friend to share all the happiness with.

"Hey Leia." I said as I looked at her. She didn't look into my eyes, but I knew she wanted to.

Leia pov
I wanted to look into Luke's eyes. I wanted to see the beautiful sparkle in them, but I didn't. I looked down. "Hi Luke."

"How... How have you been?" Luke asked me. I wanted to say heart broken and missing you, but I didn't like before.

"Fine, I'm fine. How about you?" I asked back. For a second I looked into those beautiful brown eyes I got lost in. No more sparkle.

"I'm doing super good. The boy band and I are doing great." He says. He had his guitar around his neck and his cheeks were a little pink. Mine were too, but he didn't see that. Did he.

"Good that's good, but I have to go... practice." I said. I patted his shoulder one more time before turning around and walking away from the love of my life. I was so foolish. He didn't care about me anymore. Looking into his eyes and not seeing a sparkle like before, was just heart breaking. Walking away from him was the worst thing I could do.

I looked at Leia as she walked away. I knew she was avoiding me just like I avoided her before. I was a jerk to her and I realized that to late. I needed to fix things up with her. I needed and wanted my friend back. Maybe singing a song would work. I know that singing a song won't fix everything, but it could be a new start. A new start to show her that I am sorry and that I don't want us to lose the beautiful friendship we have.
