Rocky POV

The party started dying around 1am.
People were leaving and some was passed out.
I went around the house basically checking all the rooms and putting people out cause a nigga was tired and I think Ferg had already left with some girl like a hour ago.

"Alright everybody I wanna thank y'all for coming and showing Ferg love and not tearing up my shit but y'all know what it is. Y'all aint gotta go home but y'all gotta get the hell out of here."

The stragglers started to leave finally, that's when I spotted Sky walking out the door with Carti.

"Aye Sky! Hold up.."
I called out

She turned back but then Carti put his arm around her basically redirecting her attention back to him and ushering her out.

This nigga man..

I started heading towards them when I heard somebody call out my name.
I knew her voice quite well.
I fought the urge to ignore her and turned around to give her my attention

"Wassup Amanda? I ain't even know you was still here."
I said, trying to conceal my slight frustration

"Yea, I just wanted to tell you before I left that... "
Amanda said trailing off as if she was remembering something.

I nodded my head and made a hand gesture for her to spit out whatever she was holding back.

"...that uh, it was good to um see you again and yea."
She said with a small laugh and sigh

I just looked at her because I knew that wasn't what she called my name like that for. She called me with a voice of urgency and importance and what she said was definitely neither of those things.

"Yeaa it was good seeing you too. We still cool right?"
I asked trying make eye contact with her cause she was looking down now.

"Yea, everything's cool."
She said giving me a half smile and brushing her heart behind her ear, quickly pulling her eyes away from mind to look at her feet.

"Aight cool. I mean you know where I stay now so you can stop by sometimes if you want."
I said walking her to the door.

"Yea I'll keep that in mind, see you around."

She turned to walk away but I grabbed her and brought her into a hug. I don't know what she was really going to tell me but I wasn't gone press the issue. Like I said, things wasn't that sweet between us when she left, I don't even know why she left. She just did; one day she just moved away and didn't tell me shit but she always got a place in my heart.

We let each other go and I watched her get into her car. I waved at her once more before she drove off.

I went back in the house, snapping my finger to help remember what I was doing before Amanda stopped me.

It's whatever. He's an amateur so I already know he probably wont even be able to even get her number.
I ain't tripping I'll see her again before he will.

Wait, Pause.

Why am I even worried about that girl? She ain't even my type. I bet she ain't even down with the shits.

He can have her.
